Property was conveniently located within walking distance of everything we needed. It checked all of our boxes as first time visitors in that it came with a parking spot and was in a fantastic location. It was a little loud at night being on a main road, but it was a great deal that fit within our budget. Would recommend for a couple looking for a good weekend trip!

The best hosts— helpful, kind hosts who go the extra mile. We had a wonderful stay. The space was sparkling clean on arrival, the location is ideal for exploring— couldn’t ask for more.

We enjoyed our Ptown stay very much in this charming studio in the heart of the West side. Close to everything: grocery, nightlife, restaurants, bay. Highly recommend. Thanks Sue and Caron!

Walking distance to everything yet in a quiet location. This apartment offers everything you need for a short stay. The unit is clean, comfortable, and well appointed. The hosts are totally accessible for questions and assistance. We wil definitely stay there next time we are in Ptown.

Just wow! Sue and Caron are such wonderful hosts! Communication was easy, checkin was a snap, and the studio was spotlessly clean. My family and I loved it. Sue and Caron even left a few craft kits and a Lego set for our 7 year old in case of rain which was just so thoughtful and sweet. We were fortunate enough to get to meet them both before we checked out and they were just as kind in person. Though the apartment is located just one block from Commercial Street, it feels removed and private enough to enjoy the front area with two Adirondack chairs without feeling as though you’re in the center of things - it’s a perfect location. Also, the ability to have a reserved parking spot and be able to walk everywhere if you want is a huge stress relief. Or, if you do drive, you can come back to your guaranteed spot and not drive around looking for parking for hours. The apartment has a great Keurig and had some coffee pods available so we didn’t need to get up the next morning and search for coffee. The place is fully stocked with everything you need for a smaller place - the hot plate, microwave, and toaster oven worked perfectly for simple meals without a traditional oven/stove top. The Murphy bed was very comfortable and easy to pull down and put back. Our daughter slept on the sofa and had good sleep each night with a cozy, fleece blanket and pillow provided. We would recommend this place to any family and friends who want to visit PTown. Sue & Caron are super hosts!

This property is in such an amazing location! It’s about a 2 min walk from commercial street with plenty to do around the area. Sue and Caron are also the best hosts I have ever had. Not only were they extremely accommodating, but they also answered almost immediately with any questions or concerns we had. If I could give this place a 100/10, I would. I will definitely be back!

Enjoyed our stay and would come again! This property is wonderful for anyone who wants to be within walking or biking distance of all that Provincetown has to offer. Note that it's located on a road that's somewhere between the main thoroughfares and the residential streets on the Cape--so not rowdy, and not dead silent, just right in the middle. Also, there are just enough blankets for the bed, so we recommend bringing an extra if you want to take one out and sit on the porch on a cool evening. Finally, the hosts were very communicative whenever we had a question. All in all, a lovely stay!

This was the perfect rental for us - it was clean, comfortable and close to everything. We had a lot planned so this place was a great launching pad for people who did not intend to spend a lot of time inside. Susan was wonderful to work with, and we appreciate her responsiveness and kindness!

Love it......everything you are looking for is there : coffeemaker, toaster,refrigerator, smart tv ( i can watch my netflix) towels etc.... the cutest place and the best part is you only need to walk/bike to go to places. Susan and Karen are super helpful and very sweet ladies. I cant wait to go back next year. Thank you for sharing your lovely, awesome place with Us. Stay safe, Love, Lumy & Tom.

My daughter and I loved our stay in Provincetown and the experience was definitely enhanced by Sue’s sweet little studio apartment. We had everything we needed to prepare breakfast and lunch in the tiny but amazingly efficient kitchen, and It was a super quick walk to Commercial St restaurants and the lovely downtown area. I just can’t say enough about how clean , well appointed and convenient the place was and Sue was a gracious host. We will be back!

This apartment is perfect for any couple! Great location right off of Commercial St. basically everything is within walking distance. We didn’t have to use our car the entire trip. The apartment is well stocked with all the kitchen essentials for a quick lunch or breakfast on the front deck as well as extra linen. The owners are quick to respond and gave some great beach recommendations! Can’t wait to visit again soon!

Clean living space with a well thought out interior design. Everything you need at your fingertips. A Short walk away from groceries, town, bike shop, liquor store. We never got in our car once we arrived . We will be back!!

This rental is a modern studio apartment centrally located just a block over from Commercial on Bradford. Across the street is a bike rental to get anywhere you need to go and enjoy Ptown beaches or to stroll down Commercial. Susan was super helpful and already had the space equipped with all your basic needs including WiFi, fridge, toaster oven microwave and a kuerig for coffee. Loved our stay and would come back again.

The location was great with short walks to most downtown locations. The unit was comfortable and efficient - and we had a front porch to relax on between excursions. Sue's communication and hospitality was top-notch. Thanks for a lovely time.
