Nestled in Grove, this attractive cottage for £63 per night is a fantastic choice for your next trip. Our 12 pet friendly properties are located in the heart of Grove with a country feel. The quaint and clean cottages are backed by 15 private wooded acres on 1600 feet of Carey Bay waterfront. Feel free to roam! With 12 separate cottages available its the perfect place to bring friends and family yet have your own space. After a long day on the lake, watch the sun set over Carey Bay and then head back to your cozy cottage where you can grill some hamburgers and relax around a fire. Every cottage was designed with the discerning traveler in mind - granite counter tops, completely equipped kitchen, full sized washer and dryer, bathroom with custom shower... the list goes on. All the comforts of home, just smaller. We also have parking for a boat with water and electrical hookups and an outdoor security system. Lake time! It's just a short walk behind the cottages to the lake. Explore our woods and enjoy the lake views. The shoreline is kept clean and in its natural state, it's a great place to relax and soak up the sound of the water. Dock the boat just a mile away at The Wolf Creek Park and Boating Facility, a top of the line fishing facility. Professional anglers come from all over the US to fish at Wolf Creek. They offer fishing tournaments and family events year round. Enjoy the other fun activities our area has to offer like various water sports, golfing, the state park, Har-ber Village, and Lendonwood Gardens, to name a few. If you don't mind a bit of a drive, tour Crystal Bridges Museum located an hour away but well worth it. Amenities at the cottages include WiFi, washer/dryer, fully equipped kitchen with cookware and dishes, coffee maker, iron/ironing board, hair dryer, Smart TV, beach towels, linens, and grill. Our area is very safe, but we have installed an outdoor surveillance system as extra security for our guests and their property. We allow well behaved dogs at the cottages. There is a $50 fee per pet due before your arrival. Simply let us know and we will arrange payment. The natural beauty of the lake and it's surroundings, along with the small town atmosphere are part of what we love so much about Grand Lake. I came to visit family and friends. Such a cute, cozy, and quiet place. There were alot of amenities that I did not have time to experience. I plan on using Herb and Lindsey's properties everytime I come back home to visit. Highly recommend 😁

The cottage was perfect for a quick getaway. When we first pulled up to the address I was a little concerned about the close proximity to the road and to the other cottages at the property but it was quiet and there was good privacy from the other guests. The cottage was cute, clean and adequately appointed for cooking in. We had our own patio, bbq and outdoor space with fire pit. Would stay again, but perhaps when it is not as hot as the sun 😎

This is a lovely cottage, located not too far from Grove. Comfortable bed, nice kitchen, and we appreciated the washer/dryer. Not exactly close to any lake activities, but very picturesque. Nice outside seating as well.

This cabin was perfect for us and just a few short steps to the water. We enjoyed kayaking and having a campfire. I would recommend staying here if you are visiting the Lake Grand area. Cabins had all the amenities we needed.

My wife and I wanted a staycation with a short drive for our anniversary. This place was perfect! Cute and cozy little cottage with everything you need! Perfect location with the lake and the town of Grove so close! We will definitely be frequently staying here!

My wife, my adult son and I enjoyed or stay immensely. The woods were great, especially at night with all the fireflies. Cottage C was very clean and nice. The green Kayaks need a little TLC but very nice water toys. The bedroom was always just a touch on the warm side even with the circulation fan running at 10 and the door open, but comfortable. But it was in the 90s outside.

These cottages are cute, clean, and nearby the places we were visiting. The kayaks and paddle boards were awesome, and one of the reasons we picked this location. It’s fairly kid friendly, and the walk to the water was short and easy. We would definitely stay here again.

We were so impressed with our cottage. It was so clean, comfy, quiet and the location was amazing. We loved the kayak put in, the woods, and our covered patio. The owners included everything we needed to be completely comfortable. We enjoyed kayaking and fishing in the lake. I took several great photos of wildlife nearby and of the sunset.

Super nice, clean, up-to-date, and comfortable cottage! Everything you need for a perfect get away! Wildlife nearby, quiet and peaceful! Short walk to the lake! Short drive to town. Very nice in every way.

Very nice new lake style cottages set with 6 cottages in an enclave. Though not on the lake, it is a short walk through a wooded area on a nice trail to get to the water. There is also a lovely observation deck in the wooded area. Wish this was closer to Dallas.

Very cute and comfortable cottages. Not too far from the lake but a little too close to the road in front. I feel like the owners should supply propane tanks for both the grill and fire pit. I would have enjoyed using the fire pit each night but wasn’t willing to go to Walmart and buy my own like suggested.

Absolutely enjoyed our stay. Just a short walk to the shoreline. Plenty of wildlife to enjoy watching with the pelicans as well as several other types of birds diving to retrieve fish. Thoroughly enjoyed the golf courses that were very close as well.

These cabins are new and gorgeous! It was like we had our own private cove. The cabins are quaint and cute. Perfect for a quick family weekend get-a-way. We loved the use of the paddle boards and Kayaks. Cabins were close to the golf courses and downtown Grove if you wanted to grab a bite to eat. We had a great time.

The property was exactly like the listing said. Property was clean, had zero issues. The walk down to the lake is through a wooded area, it’s pretty and clean. You can easily access the path with a stroller or in our case a specialized chair for our special needs child. We had an absolute blast utilizing the kayaks and life jackets. Even though you have other cottages next to you you are secluded enough that it still feels private. We wanted a retreat away from other people and mainly the day to day COVID-19 bologna going on and that is exactly what we got. I definitely recommend this property and host. We can’t wait to come back!

Perfectly furnished small place. Loved the kayaks and life vests (and other equipment) that allowed us to enjoy the lake. Had a fun time exploring the area. Don’t miss the nearby (1 mile away) Lendenwood Gardens.
