Stay at beautiful Roslyn Ridge community and enjoy all the Cascade Mountains has to offer in this 1,200 square foot townhome. Nestled in a small beautiful valley in Ronald Washington, Roslyn Ridge is just 10 minutes from the town of Roslyn and Suncadia. Enjoy this spacious newly renovated townhome that sleeps 6 comfortably. This unit was remodeled with new flooring and paint in 2018 The development has an Activity Center with awesome community pool and basketball court open only in summer months. This is an unknown gem in the mountains. FYI *Winter renters...no fires in fireplace. *Pool is by reservation only and the Roslyn Ridge Activity Center charges access fee of $10 per person*** * Roslyn Area Weather Highlights Summer High: July high is around 79 degrees Winter Low: the January low is 23 Rain: averages 30 inches of rain a year Snow: averages 91 inches of snow a year ** Unusual 100 degree temperatures in Roslyn area can occur in summer. We have a portable air conditioning unit and directions to keep the place cool at 72-76 degrees if directions are followed.

We love the Roslyn Ridge neighborhood and have made it a summer tradition to rent a place each summer. This home was the perfect match for our family of 4. Proximity to the pool was handy with 2 kids. Thanks Tracy & Kent! Would book again!

Everything was perfect, except I failed to thoroughly read my email and so we got a little mixed up at check in. But it was no one‘s fault. The only thing the kitchen was missing would maybe be a couple different spatulas. We saw some thing that looked like a garbage key but no instructions on what to do with our garbage and recycling so we left it in the condo. Great stay!!

Had a great time at this rental. Was very clean, comfortable and cozy. The kitchen provided everything needed to cook on a nightly basis. Location is great for winter fun and would also be great for summertime. Communication with property manager was great as well.

We had a lovely stay. Roomier than expected for our two couples. The half-bath downstairs reduced the inconvenience of sharing the upstairs bathroom. Due to the weather, we spent a little more time inside than planned and really enjoyed the space.
The host was very responsive and accommodating. Beds were comfortable. Nice location and a beautiful view when the skies cleared. An all-wheel drive vehicle is a must for December.

The townhouse was cozy and clean. Tracy did a great job sending directions, instructions, and suggested restaurants and activities. We absolutely loved staying at Roslyn Ridge. Kids had so much fun playing in the snow and sledding nearby. Thank you!

Nice long weekend at a fabulous vacation rental. Owners were great in communication. Never could figure out how to turn the cable on the tv but there is so much to do in the area that it wasn't a big deal. Kitchen well stocked with everything you will need. Nice touch leaving face masks and hand sanitizer for guests. Loved the Old #3 for breakfast and highly recommend the Coal Shute Cafe for dinner (need reservations). Will definitely rent this unit again.

This rental was a the perfect space for our family. Our 3 year old loved the bunk bed and the view from the living room was beautiful with everything covered in snow. Love that Roslyn Ridge is leas than a 2 hour drive from our home in the greater Seattle area. Would love to visit again in the summer!

Great place with everything you need
This condo was clean and laid out great. Had everything we needed to be comfortable. Owners were great when we forgot stuff. We came in late but couldn’t find trailer parking in all the snow and dark and they were so helpful. Can’t wait to go back.

Cozy mountain getaway
We had a wonderful time in this cozy and clean home! It’s stocked with everything you need for meals and plenty of books and games for all ages. We enjoyed walks around the ridge and sledding right from the front door. Also enjoyed the quick drive to Roslyn and a chance to support the shops (Covid times). We also had a fantastic pizza dinner from Village Pizza and they delivered without hesitation to the rental. Great place to stay and hosts were very friendly and communicative.

This property is great and working with the owners is easy. We enjoyed our weekend vacation with our family very much. We rented snow mobiles in the area and hiked at Suncadia for the day. There were noticeable crumbs around the refrigerator and kitchen area upon arrival but all in all our family loved our time there. I highly recommend staying here.

We loved our weekend here! The hosts were incredibly helpful and responsive. Everything in the house was as expected and provided a good home base for a weekend of playing in the snow with our little boys. They loved the bunk bed and game cabinet full of games! The hosts were gracious when we accidentally brought the key home with us, and when a storm rolled in quickly, offered to extend our reservation another night so we could drive home safely. Overall, an excellent experience!

My family of 5 stayed 3 nights at this incredible townhome that felt like home away from home. We were very comfortable, the second bedroom was perfect for our kids and the neighborhood was lovely. We spent a lot of time sledding, playing in the snow and sipping coffee and hot coco. We would definitely return and recommend this home!

Really great option for being in the Cle Elum area!
We loved our weekend here! The hosts were incredibly helpful and responsive. Everything in the house was as expected and provided a good home base for a weekend of playing in the snow with our little boys. They loved the bunk bed and game cabinet full of games! The hosts were gracious when we accidentally brought the key home with us, and when a storm rolled in quickly, offered to extend our reservation another night so we could drive home safely. Overall, an excellent experience!

Would highly recommend this property to anybody lookingfor a relaxing weekend in the Cle Elum area. The Roslyn Ridge area is a great alternative to the often overpriced Suncadia development. Dubbed instead, “Funcadia”, this beautiful townhome and the RR activity center has it all.

Wonderful townhome 🏡
Tracy’s home was everything we wanted for our relaxing getaway with our family! The house was gorgeous, sunset on the deck was beautiful, and the community (park, pool, etc) was just perfect for our kids to hang out. Tracy communicated really well from the time we booked, during our stay, and until after we checked out. I must say she’s one of the BEST hosts we’ve encountered! We would love to stay there again!

Clean, stocked with supplies and so convenient
I stayed at this property with my sister, niece (age 5) and my daughter (age 7); a girls getaway! We had so much fun going down to the pool, taking walks, eating breakfast on the deck and lounging in the open-floor-plan. The owners were incredibly responsive when we had questions. There were tons of kitchen supplies, including to/go coffee cups! And the washer and dryer were so convenient for fluffing towels after the pool. Highly recommend a stay.

Very attentive hosts and beautiful property.
The hosts were quick to respond and answer questions. The property is a beautiful condo with access to a club house with a pool (do to covid it was a little limited but a great bonus). The condo did not seem like it was set up for rental though. The owner's property was in every closet, and there was food in the cupboards and refrigerator. Felt a bit like we were staying in someone else's house for the weekend. Just uncomfortable not knowing what was for our use and what was the owners, and not for our use. Other than this, the property and owner's are five stars for sure!
