Location absolutely amazing, loved the short walk to beach & little river running along backyard of property. House was very comfortable & good for families. Loved there was a separate self contained granny flat which worked well as teenagers &/or another family retreat.

$40 to supply linen per bed is a bit expensive. We bought our own linen but it's a bit of a hassle. At over $400 a night you expect to have linen included & beds made. Only a small issue but worth mentioning

Loved the outside area overlooking the river. Even though it was terrible weather we were able to drop the see through blinds and still enjoy the great views. Lovely tidy kitchen and the 'games' cupboard was a definate advantage while the wind was blowing outside.

Even though we had bought all our towels and bedding, we didn't think to bring a mat to stand on out of the shower - our own fault.

Fabulous location so near to the beach. Wonderful vista from the rear garden.

Quite dated bathrooms and squeaky furniture, fixtures and fittings. Single A\C unit in main building struggled to cool the bedrooms.

Perfect location. 5mins walking to jetty with Cafe there.. 15 min walking to town with Foodland and other restaurants. The house has two seperated sides. One side has 1 main bedroom with queen size bed. And the other room has 4 single beds. The other side has queen size bed, toilet and bath room. Perfect for two families go together. Not disturb each others. But I think 8-persons will be maximum. The sofas will not suitable for sleep on.

Anyway, we suggest to put more hooks on the doors or walls of bath room. Really struggle to hang the clothes for change.
