The Seaview, the nearby restaurants and 15mins to 10mins walk to gurney plaza and gurney paragon. Also very near to nearby attractions. The security guard and the developer staff working at the site very helpful.

The roads very narrow, and pathway too narrow for pedestrians to walk. The drivers on the road some time speeding and ignoring pedestrians crossing the roads. Best take grab to the malls , if you having small kids and elderly persons with you. Take note when staying in a duplex, the rooms at 2nd floor. Not for people with weak knees.

Downstair toilet door not user friendly enough

We booked a superb seaview duplex three-bedroom unit but found out that the so-called third bedroom was actually in the living room – one single bed and a pull-out bed under it in the left side corner after you enter the unit. What more, it is quite near to the shoe rack. When we booked, it was clearly stated that that there were 3 bedrooms (Bedroom 1: 2 large double beds; Bedroom 2: 1 large double bed; and Bedroom 3: 2 single beds). This certainly upset our plans and spoiled out holiday mood, as we booked based on 3 rooms taking into account the composition of our group. We would have booked some other unit if we had known the third bedroom was the living room. We complained to Booking.com which eventually reverted to say the host had agreed to refund a minimal sum (hardly 5 per cent) but the fact is that our holiday in Penang was spoiled by this misrepresentation of the third bedroom.
