Interiors are tastefully appointed, furnishings are comfortable, and everyone will unwind in this vacation getaway at Sandbridge. Outside the fenced backyard offers a great lawn for kids and dogs to run and play. That beautiful pool area is a home run with wide decks for plenty of seating and hanging out. The hot tub is conveniently located just outside the gated pool area, and just off that lush lawn so adults can relax while kids, teens, and Fido can enjoy the yard and pool. The charming garden ambiance will lull you into that “island feeling”. The access to the beach is just off the driveway, straight down the access path, and across the street to the beach access. Quick and easy for everyone to get to the beach! Inside is a distinctive and comfortable home to spend days and nights together. The kitchen has granite countertops, the nautical décor is appealing, and there is plenty of room to spread out or visit together. Your kids will love to find “Nemo” in the fun aquarium scene above the kitchen cabinet while having breakfast at the bar. Great Room, Kitchen, Dining, and Sunroom are all within an open concept so you can “feel” together, even in your own space. The screened porch is the perfect outdoor space to enjoy your morning coffee. The roomy deck overlooking the pool is amazing. A large tiled bathroom with a whirlpool tub and shower is shared by the great room area and a Queen Bedroom. There are two master bedrooms, one king and one queen, plus another king bedroom is just beside a hall bathroom. Top-Level: Living Room with Smart TV and Fireplace (Electric); Sunroom; Dining Room with Built-In Table (seats 8); Kitchen with Bar (seats 5), Blender, Coffee Maker (Drip), Dishwasher, Microwave, Oven/Stove, Refrigerator, Toaster, Pots, Pans, Dishes, Cooking Essentials, and Additional Table (seats 8); Screened Porch; King Master Bedroom with TV and Attached Full Bathroom; King Bedroom with Smart TV; Queen Bedroom with Smart TV, and Access to Hall Full Bathroom with Whirlpool Tub; Bedroom with 2 Bunk Beds; Hall Full Bathroom. Ground-Level: Rec Room with Smart TV, Pool Table, Kitchenette (microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, and sink), Additional Table (seats 5), Futon, and Deck Access; Queen Master Bedroom with TV and Attached Full Bathroom; Bedroom with Pyramid Bunk and Twin Bed/Trundle with TV; Hall Full Bathroom; Laundry Room. Extras: Basketball Goal, Distance to the Beach: 300 ft., Dogs Allowed (2), Grills (Gas and Charcoal), Hot Tub (seats 8), Keyless Entry, Max. Occupancy: 17 people, No Smoking, Parking: 6 Cars, Private Pool (26 x 12), WiFi. Additional amenity details: Private Pools are open from May 3, 2024 until October 12, 2024, and May 2, 2025 until October 11, 2025. Pool heat is not an option for this property. Pets are not allowed in pools under any circumstances. An additional fee will be charged to leaseholder for the chemical balance, cleaning or damage that would cause the replacement of a vinyl pool liner. Hot tubs are available year-round. Gas fireplaces are shut down from May 15 until September 15. All Sandbridge Blue properties provide bed linens and bath towels for a small fee added to every reservation. We provide 1 bath towel and washcloth per advertised occupant. We provide 1 hand towel and 1 bar of soap per bathroom sink. We also provide kitchen towels. Beds are made prior to your arrival, and we provide a starter supply of toilet paper, bathroom soap, paper towels, and dishwasher detergent. We enjoyed a joyous Christmas with family from all around VA. The Recovery Room was spacious and ideal for our large group. I’d highly recommend it!

Hi Sandbridge Blue. Last day and we had a great time. Just wanted to pass on some observations we all had. 1. When my son arrived he noticed that the shrubbery in the front had overgrown to the point of blocking the walkway. 2. He said the deck and patio around the hot tub looked like it had not been swept since last summer. He spent some time and did that before the rest of us arrived. 3. As we stayed some family felt the place could have been a little cleaner. My ex-wife who owns a house cleaning business did not agree until she started searching for a lost flipflop. After that she changed her mind and said the place could have been cleaned a little better. 4. The outside grille looked like it had not been cleaned or used since last summer.so it looked really bad. Cleaned it some but then found that the igniter did not work. Found 3 lighters in the house that also did not work. When we did light it we found that it did not work well. 5. Wanted to play volleyball but the net was missing. Did not matter because the grass there had not been mowed. Look like weeds. 6. Ques for the pool table were missing tips Someone in the family replaced them. 7. Pool and hot tub were great. Someone even came to check the chemicals. Did point out the sand in the hot tub but he only did the chemicals I know that keeping sand out of the hot tub when you are on the beach is impossible but may be easier if the outside shower worked. The location was amazing. The house needs many updates and repairs. When I pay for a vacation house I don’t any to have to clean and be on the phone with the rental property all the time. AC was broken, leak in dinette and bedroom, dryer did not work well.

The location is great, easy access to the beach which is beautiful. The house is a bit tired but clean and comfortable. It had everything we needed to have a good time with our loved ones. If you go in the winter like we did, the heating is uneven throughout the house. Some rooms are hot, others cold. Then all rooms are cool and then a few get hot. We had to have space heaters which were provided by the maintenance company. Overall, a fun time was had by all.

Our family enjoyed the week at this cute beach house. It had easy access to the beach, an amazing screened in porch and huge balcony. The kids loved the pool table, hot tub, basketball hoop, and easy beach trips.

Over all property was just as stated. Would be nice if there were some beach chairs or umbrellas. The are no beach items at all so you have to buy everything. There is also road construction currently going on right in front of the house and in the neighborhood. The house is really nice, clean, and very close to the beach. I would stay here again.

Absolutely loved the house. Beach house vibes all around. Kids are asking to stay there again! The location can’t be beat. You don’t have to pay the price of an ocean front house but there is a path right beside the driveway that takes you straight across the street to the beach access. Perfect! We especially loved the screened in porch, the lit up ocean display in the kitchen (awesome wow factor!), the vaulted ceiling bathroom, I could go on. Perfect beach house for a perfect beach vacation.
