We very much enjoyed our stay. House was spacious and plenty of room for kids to play. Everything you need is available in the kitchen. Only complaint would be the musky smell in the house , but nothing air freshener or candle didn’t fix. I would definitely stay here again.

Stunning scenery, in a quiet neighborhood, lots of trees and birds. There was an owl or two talking every single night. The pools are clean and refreshing. The entire house, hot tub and neighborhood was immaculate. We took day trips to surrounding areas after checking out Burnside (Cumberland Falls and Somerset for dinner, allll the way to a zoo/rescue in Tennessee) We didn’t go boating this trip, but there is also a boat dock. Very relaxing rental home with all the necessities for you. Pack a bag and food!

It was a little difficult parking with a 22 ft boat. I did not like that the boat was under a tree and got debris on it. The hillside was a little tricky for parking a boat attached to a truck. I would advise future renters of that parking situation and the winding roads in hauling a boat. My husband is very experienced with it, but it could be troublesome for others. The home was very clean and decorated very nice. We loved the screened in porch. Kitchen was equip with everything. The host was very accommodating and communication with them was very responsive. The area felt like you were in the mountains and very peaceful.

The house was clean and ready for us. The hot tub was nice. I think we struggled to figure out how to use all the jets, or maybe some were broke. The house is pretty close to neighbors but you’re still out in the woods. The wifi was good. The parking was a slick but three parking spots was nice. Overall a great place and would stay again!

Location was great. We arrived later than planned but accessing the cabin was easy. Home was nice but there was trash all over the porch and especially around the hot tub. The upstairs bathroom had urine around the base of the toilet. Also the dust was thick on the wall around the fridge as well as on top of the cabinets. We did enjoy our stay and would return but hope the cleaning issues are taken care of.

We loved our stay and can not wait until we can come back! The only issue we had was the floors were very dirty. There were chunks of mud on the stairs and pretzels on the floor around the furniture. The hot tub was amazing and the view was great! We will be coming back to this cabin for sure!

Great location: really nice people in Burnside!

Kids had a blast being outside playing in the woods. Owners thought of all the extras in the house. Fishing was fun at the dock. Just the right amount of towels, extra blankets and pillows. Hot tub was huge. Heads up, it is a 30+ min drive from all the parks and attractions. Can't wait to come back.

Clean and spacious. Stayed in early March so did not get to enjoy the lake, but hiking and family visits were spectacular.

Nice house. Very comfortable. Andrew was very good with communication when we had a bad storm knock out the electricity for a day. A little out of the way but nice to be away from the mainstream.

We really enjoyed our stay. It was the perfect getaway for our friends and family. The area was beautiful, the home had a great area to hang out with a nice warm fire to sit by, the space was perfect size for what we needed, and the kids really enjoyed the foosball table up in the loft area. Andrew had great communication and made sure that were well taken care of. We would definitely come back and stay here again.

We loved our stay! We had a small problem with the toilets when we got there and Andrew was very quick to respond and get a handyman over immediately. Communication was great! The games there need to be replaced as they're all missing pieces and scattered and the heat filter needs replaced (it was making noises and the place was pretty dusty) but other than that the place was in great condition. The hot tub was amazing, especially in the cold weather. Be sure to pack everything you will need as the town is not close and there's not many shopping options. We did go to Guthries Grill for dinner in Burnside and it was delicious! Try the Warm Salmon-Avocado Dip, you won't regret it. We had a great time and would definitely come back!

House was very nice and bed was comfortable. Hot tub was amazing. Only complaint is no balls for the table for kids to play and fireplace didn't work. They had games there which we really enjoy. Overall nice birthday getaway just house needs tlc ☺️

This is our second time at this cabin! We enjoy a nice family weekend for Christmas each year. The hot tub is our Favorite place especially on those cool nights. There is the perfect amount of sleeping for the 10 of us. We look forward to staying here again.

Very strong musty smell. Not the cleanest property.

We really loved the property. Had to call the owner who quickly responded. The only complaint (which is not a fault of the owner) is the signage coming into the property. Other than that zero complaints. Literally planning the next time we are able to visit,

Low water pressure. Lower bathroom toilet after every flush we needed to lift tank flush valve to reset

Very disappointed with the cleanliness of the property, all was good except the sheets were not changed, the bedroom with the door to the deck, the sheets had hair on the them, when we pulled the blanket back, what looked like animal hair and human hair, my daughter took a video of it, also the air filter above the bed in the loft is really dirty, also those sheets did not look clean either, whom ever cleans for you needs to do better, luckily we had brought throw blankets with us and laid them down to sleep on, we did strip all the bedsheets and pillow cases and left in floor so maybe they will get washed before new guest arrive

We really enjoyed our stay. The hosts were prompt with replying to messages. The house was cute, comfortable, and clean.

This property was very nice. Lots of stairs to the only entrance. The pools were close driving proximity but no restrooms was a huge inconvenience. Plenty of room and the outdoor porch was ideal.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and would highly recommend it to everyone!

The house was beautiful--very spacious with plenty of spots to settle down and get some real R&R. My parents really appreciated the separate thermostats for upstairs and downstairs since they like to sleep with the temperature cooler than I do. The kitchen had pretty much anything we needed in terms of food prep items and storage containers. The screened in porch was in good repair. Though there were spots where the mesh was loose, I never got any mosquito bites while in there, and I'm a mosquito magnet any other time. The hot tub was wonderful and in great shape too! The owners were also quick to reply to any of my questions. There were only two drawbacks to note. 1. I'm not the most technologically inclined, and the front door has a keypad lock. It took me two days to figure out I had to press the logo at the top of the keypad to get the keypad to show up. 2. The grill is in really rough shape, and needs to be replaced. My Dad and my husband both were wary about using it at all since they had so much trouble lighting it, but all our planned meals were meant to be grilled so we made do. My family loved this place, and we hope to be able to rent it again next year!

The place was great for our little reunion. The kids loved their upstairs. Plenty of games and TV. We’ll stocked kitchen, hot tub was wonderful. The grill could stand to be replaced. The two bedrooms downstairs share a bath. The upstairs has a roomy shower. The entire area has minimal signage . I would suggest a printed map of the places you’re planning to visit during your stay to study. Listening to the GPS directions worked so so.

Was very nice home, plenty of space and comfortable. Be prepared to use your parking brake, parking is on an incline and I used the side stairs, because I’m afraid of heights and had to be very careful making your way up to them. Overall we loved our stay and had a wonderful time, worst part, one week goes by way too fast.

This was a beautiful house with plenty of room for my family. The kids enjoyed the hot tub. I would recommend this rental. The owners were available for questions and to help retrieve an item we left!
