This is the best property i have stayed at. It was immaculately clean. The beds were really good, the furniture was nice and the kitchen had everything needed. The towels were nice. They had some basics like sugar and coffee and spices. It was very spacious. And the owner was nice.

It was a great location and nice location

We loved our stay. The house was laid out perfectly. The deep freezer under the carport was nice to store ice in. The parking was plenty for our boat trailer (22ft boat) and 2 SUVs, plus some! The step-down dock made it perfect for getting in and out of the boat. We were entertained by the air traffic from the airport. It's pretty awesome to watch FWC and others patrol the sky for mini season. The only complaint we had was the A/C difference on the bedroom end of the house (more than likely due to poor duct installation). Kids sleeping in the living room had to freeze so the bedrooms could cool down and be comfortable. We just slept with doors open and managed just fine. We had to use 33rd St to launch our boat due to the Aviation Blvd ramp being closed. However, we did take our boat out at the Aviation Blvd boat ramp at the end of the week. Communication was a breeze with the owners before, during, and even after our stay. We would love to return in the future!

Everything was great for our week in Marathon. The small touches made a big difference. The owner even left two fishing poles and tools out on the porch in case someone didn't have a pole. All is as described. Wonderful week!

The house is perfect for 2 families. The location is behind the airport so yes there is plane traffic during the day. The bulkhead has a great cutout with stairs to access your boat. The canal is 7-12 feet deep and 25 feet at the mouth coming into canal. There is actually decent marine life in the canal from manatees, mangrove snapper, nurse sharks, barracuda, parrot fish, and more. This makes the boating access 24 hours a day with any tide. Many places in the keys are only accessable at mid to high tide and this place has no restrictions to tides. The boat ramp is very close on aviation blvd is not busy, even on a saturday but it only allows double axles or less for launching. The house itself is a normal 3/2 thats all tile which is set up very well. Beds and bedrooms are decent sized and the bathrooms are as well. Air conditioning works well and the screened in porch is lifesaver when the bugs come out. Having the BBQ grill on the 2nd floor is lifesaver as well considering the kitchen is right there as well. The fiberglass pool was clean and didnt burn anyones eyes. The deck and dock worked out fine for our 21 foot boat. The lights on the deck and dock are very nice and help a great deal at night. Parking for boat trailers is more than adequate and there are hoses located all over the house. The house has some extras that add a very nice touch. There is a deck box full of pool floats and noodles. There are 2 fishing rod set ups, box fans, chest freezer, and hoses

The house is a great place to stay in the middle of the Florida keys. It was clean, cozy and had great amenities like the pool and dock. Would stay here again!

Fit our needs for our family vacation in the keys. We were looking for a central location to stay when we werent out exploring. The house was clean and as listed. Would stay again if we find ourselves in the area.
