Dès le matin tous les transats au bord de la piscine et à la plage sont résevés mais sont vides la plus grande partie de la journée. Cette habitude est détestable

Mooi en fijn hotel

Het ontbijt was uitgebreid. Lunch en diner ook. Alles was All Inclusive, geen uitzonderingen. Handdoeken bij het zwembad en eigen strand. Kamer werd goed schoongehouden. Personeel allemaal vriendelijk.

Très bien

Emplacement sur la plage! Parking devant l hôtel. Le fait que tous les repas, collation et boissons sont compris. La chambre est spacieuse. Les espaces communs sont très beaux.

Piscine n est pas chauffée dommage. La climatisation ne fonctionne pas en cette saison; il fait chaud dans la chambre le soir. Le repas est un peu répétitif sur plusieurs jours. Le service laisse un peu à désirer notamment au buffet du soir on vous dessert la table alors que vous êtes en train de vous servir (le restaurant fermait 1h30 plus tard)…du coup on vous redresse la table a l arrache en vous donnant les serviettes sales d autres clients …pas terrible! Les clients qui bloquent les chaises longues depuis tôt le matin sans vraiment s en servir au cours de la journée.

Personal am Morgen war sehr unaufmerksam Ja kein Taxi beim Hotel für den Flughafen buchen. Waren 250 abgemacht bezahlten 300 und er fuhr mit meiner Jacke davon. Lieber Taxi über Booking buchen

Je fréquente cet hôtel depuis 11 ans, il est annoncé : Adult only ce qui suppose de la tranquilité et ce n'est malheureusement plus le cas du fait du changement de la clientèle qui est essentiellement Anglaise.L'hôtel c'est dégradé d'année en année et ne parlons pas de la nourriture qui est devenue insipide. Le prix est excessif pour une offre devenue médiocre. Parasols déchirés, Wifi nulle, lettre d'anniversaire en Anglais, animation pour les anglais, boite de nuit improvisée le samedi en bord de piscine.Bonjour la tranquilité dans les chambres etc.

Excellent hotel combining comfort, and value tor money

Excellent facilities, good food, ambience amazing

I think more thought needs to be thought about the type of activities and entertainment on offer. example white party night music etc was not suitable for all ages, bar should have been available for the night. Bingo with prizes and better ambience. Non-alcoholic drinks should be available other than the highly sweet cordial drink on offer.

Amazing all inclusive sea side hotel with access to the desert and sea for activities

I loved the location of the property, it was close to the Agadir beach. Entertainment at the hotel was awesome. There are two bars, one with entertainment every evening, the beach, Zanzibar close by the hotel for a classy night out. Good food for an all inclusive stay Very friendly and helpful hotel staff

Awesome stay

Great location. With parking my room was ocean view and it was quite and relaxing . The view the beach the pool the activities the services the entertainment the food and friendly staff made my vacation super awesom and great .

Iron s per request and chargeable 15GPB for your stay. No slippers and shampoo amenities.

Fantastic staff and facilities

Lovely room overlooking the beach and Jane our housekeeper was fantastic. All the staff were friendly and had exceptional customer service. Food was good and of good quality. Fridge stocked up daily with water and cans. Short walk to the shops etc.

The sunbed situation was ridiculous. One couple of German women put their towels down on one of the day beds and didn’t return for 7 hours! All the sun beds were always taken around the pool, mostly by people who weren’t even there!

Good stay Adults only hotel with potential to do better

Adults only hotel, this alone makes all the difference! The food in both buffet and bar is all outstanding for quality, variety, freshness and presentation. The grounds are beautiful and well kept. 2 pools one with a swim up bar, it would be nice to have better cocktails made with a blender which they don’t use. The lobby and the spaces around it including the bar have beautiful decor and vibe. Beds are on the harder side but very comfortable. All the waiters in both restaurants buffets and bars are amazing and so are the ladies who clean the rooms, make sure you leave a small tip. Location is good, beachfront with private beach space and easy access to beautiful and spacious boardwalk. The night entertainment is really good and varied, we enjoyed it very much!

Absolutely make sure that you request a room as far away as possible from the night club next door or you’ll be awake most nights. Pools get very crowded and you need to wake up at 7am to secure a spot near them otherwise people put towels on sun chairs. The hotel should stop this practice. Our shower was filling up with water every time we used it, we called front desk three times but they never fixed it and when we pointed it out at check out we were met with utter lack of interest by one of the older ladies working behind the front desk. Some of the front desk has attitude and this is not ideal, especially when you need help. Nobody asked us if we needed a transfer upon checking out either. This disappointed me quite a bit. Also security guard asked us where the taxi driver took us to buy Argan products and hinted we got ripped off just because we didn’t book with him when we actually went to an official cooperative.

Great location, very nice pool and great service

Guests are booking sunbeds early in the morning with putting towels on the sunbed then abandon the sunbeds for hours. No decent sunbed was available at 7am. The pool area only opens at 9am officially.

Nice hotel with a decent size pool

A nice welcoming hotel. Most of the staff are very welcoming and professional apart from one Staff member at the reception on night shift who’s name is Adil who is very unprofessional and rude. I will not be returning to the hotel again because of this person.
