Lake time is the best time, and the best place to stay is Aquazul! This incredible home is 2,400 square feet and hosts up to 9 guests with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The open concept layout perfectly combines the living, dining, and kitchen area. The living area includes a comfy sectional, wall-mounted TV, and beautiful sweeping views via the wall of windows. You'll also have direct access to the deck. The modern kitchen is complete with stainless steel appliances and cooking and dining essentials. The dining table comfortably seats 8. And the entire area is surrounded by gorgeous sunlight. The upstairs master bedroom includes a king-size bed, balcony access, and an attached master bathroom with dual vanities, a large soaking tub, and tiled walk-in showers. There's is also a spacious walk-in closet! The second bedroom includes a queen-size bed. You'll also find a living area with a TV, game table, and a full-size sleeper couch. Downstairs you'll find the second bathroom with a large walk-in shower. The third bedroom is perfect for the kids as it includes twin over full bunk beds and plenty of space. The third bathroom includes a shower/tub combo. There is also a laundry room available for guest use. Aquazul features sweeping views of the lake below, a large deck space, and an additional shaded outdoor dining area, perfect for gathering with friends and family. The nearest free county boat ramp is conveniently located less than 2 miles away. *You must be 25 years or older to rent this property. This is a beautiful and clean property. The views are amazing. It is remote and the perfect location if you want a relaxing vacation. The property has everything that you could possibly want or need. The location is centered between New Braunfels and San Antonio, so you get the best of both worlds. Easy and short travels times to both. The locals are friendly and welcoming. Be mindful that this is basically in the hills/woods so watch for deer and wildlife. Deer roam freely. Scorpions are on the property and I notified owners. Bring bug repellant for you and children.

This home was easy to find and was set up very nice for our girls weekend. We enjoyed the home and it was very comfortable and clean. It was equipped with everything we needed and our stay was comfortable. The view at this home is incredible and from every room in the house except one bedroom. They have nice bathrooms with nice showers, good water pressure, etc.
The water was really low during our visit, so we did not get to enjoy the lake access this home offers. Would definitely recommend a stay here and would rent again in the future.

We had the best time at this home! Two families of four with one year olds and 7&8 year olds! Home was perfect for us! Really appreciated the baby gates for the top and bottom of staircase! We cooked every meal at the home! Wonderful kitchen & great gas grill!
Recommendations for staying there - don’t forget foil & ziplocs (we forgot these and got creative with our leftovers - there were a few Tupperware to use - but not all of them had lids…)

Aquazul is a beautiful house with awesome windows. Slept our extended family of 8 perfectly. We used the sleeper sofa and it was very comfortable. We had the best sunsets and loved the gazebo. We’d definitely stay again!

Beautiful views from deck and kitchen/ living room as well as upstairs. It was mostly cold and rainy while we were there but very relaxing and enjoyable property nonetheless.

This property is simply fantastic! Location is great, views are great and house had everything we needed. Their were 4 in our great so we had plenty of space. I highly recommend this property.

Even more beautiful than the pictures. It was so clean and everything was quality. Fully loaded kitchen, Plenty of towels, etc. Not only do you have direct access to the lake, you are also in a little cove that feels private. I love Texas, I love Canyon lake and I loved this house.

This home was perfect!! There were 8 of us and the home was very accommodating and had plenty of kitchen items we lacked for nothing! The view of sunsets were beautiful but there is some trees that do need trimming because it was blocking some of the view. The hike to the water was challenging. The water was low when we went. We still enjoyed ourselves and we will definitely be back! If your looking for a great place to stay this is it!

Amazing house to spend time on the lake. Whole family were very comfortable in their rooms. Great views throughout. Very convenient covered patio off of the kitchen. Could use another fan to keep cool in the 100 degree heat 🥵. Led lighting around the patio hand rail could add ambiance at night. Perfect area to spend time floating in the lake. We were able to watch beautiful sunsets from the back deck, gazebo or sitting on the rocks down on the water.
I would give this house a 4.8 if possible.
We had an AMAZING stay with lots of great memories.
I want to thank the owners for allowing us to stay and look forward to coming back.

We rented this lake view home to have a nice quiet getaway with my family and my one grandson. This property exceeded all of our expectations. The home is decorated beautifully and was spotlessly clean. We all enjoyed the home very much.

We stayed at the property for 3 nights with our 3 kids, and had a blast. The house is just like described, and the photos match what you get 100%. The hosts were awesome and super accommodating as our travel plans changed, and we had to request to stay for an additional night. The views from the living room are unbelievable, and the property is close to everything. The house was very clean, and we felt right at home. And while I wish we had a chance to spend more time at the property and enjoy the beach access, our stay was nothing short of great. Thank you, and we'll definitely stay again there.

We have no complaints about the house ...it was very accurately shown in the pictures and was clean and well stocked. We loved the fact that there were so many windows, however, with a direct west exposure, it was pretty unpleasant to be in the house in late afternoon. The window shades were not adequate in screening the sun. Only other problem we had was with the coffee maker...one would not brew at all and the replacement we received took 45 minutes to brew a pot of coffee...

We wanted to experience life in New Braunsfels and this sweet lake house helped us achieve just that!! It was decorated so beautifully and everything was so easy to work! The water at Canyon Lake was so clean and refreshing! Would highly recommend staying here again!

Lovely weekend
We had a wonderful weekend at Aquazul. The layout was perfect for our two families. The kids were able to play upstairs while the adults were able to visit and enjoy the view downstairs. The kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed. The stairs to get down to the water were easy to navigate. We would rent again!

First of all, Sky Run management is professional and personable. We had originally reserved this property for February, then THE snow storm that crippled the entire state happened. Sky Run was great in communications and in assisting us to reschedule for later dates. Then the property.. just wow. Often you have rental properties that looked amazing online but the quality was disappointing in construction &/or furnishings. Not the case here. Everything was wonderfully designed and beautifully appointed. Every detail was cared for. Aesthetics was fully supported by quality. Property felt new and very clean. The kitchen was generously stocked with everything you may need, except for oil & spices if you want to cook. (We only found salt & pepper) The view was stunning, and you see it from not just the balconies but also from the great room, kitchen, 2 bedrooms upstairs and from the 2nd floor loft. But our favorite spot was definitely from the private set up few steps down towards the lake. What a spot to soak the splendor of the sunsets. We had a total of 5 adults & 3 kids stayed here for 2 nights and were extremely comfortable with plenty of rooms for kids to hangout & adults to enjoy fellowships with each other. We loved all the interior and outdoor living spaces. We absolutely can’t wait to be back.

Arrived at 4 pm to check in. Cleaning crew still working so had to wait 15 min. Once inside, place is lovely. 170 dollars worth of cleaning fee? No, since there were visable crumbs on the floor under the table. Also, no extra kitchen trash bags were left. We had to buy some more at the store. Decking is already warping and coming off, not a good sign for a new house that hasn't yet gone through a Texas summer, as well as a spot where sap melts in the sun and several stepped in it due to the spot being right in front of a deck chair. Also, the AC seemed having a difficult time keeping the downstairs cool in the afternoon, temps were on the low 90s outside. The floor plan of this house is excellent for families. Kitchen is fully stocked with utensils and cookware. Lots of extra bedding. Shampoo and soap supplied. Access to rocky lake shore with gazebo half way down. Lots of space for outdoor eating. Found hidden bench storage with games and toys for the tots that was a nice surprise. Would stay again.
