Bonjour, le personnel est incroyable, super agréable et puis nous a beaucoup aider pour louer une voiture, pour garder nos bagages, et super souriant. C'était super !
C'est juste dommage que c'était un peu mal isolé du coup on entendais les personnes dans le couloir.

Ein Hoch auf das Dedalos. Ursprünglich nur als einfachere Basis für tägliche Kreta-Rundfahrten geplant, sah ich schnell das ich gerne auch in der zwar kleinen aber sehr gepflegten Poolanlage Zeit verbringen möchte. Diese wird akribisch durch das Personal gereinigt, in diesem Ausmass habe ich sowas zuletzt in Dubai und Qatar gesehen, jedoch nicht in Europa. Die Gastgeberin Frau Kyriaki war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Das Hotel befindet sich ca. 200 Meter von der Partymeile entfernt, so gab es nächtens keine Lärmbelästigung. Das Zimmer rustikal nach Kreta-Art mit Balkon mit Blick auf den schönen Innenhofgarten. Klimaanlage mit Fernbedienung vorhanden, sowie massiver Safe im Schrank.

I love garden in Dedalos. No problems with wi fi great coffe in the morning and welcoming drinks was realy nice
we couldnt lock bathroom door, lock was broken. someone leave a stone behind a door to close a door:-) Welcome in Greece !I think they should just repair it. Thats All

Hotel is very elegant and clean, we got fresh towels everyday. Pool is in an amazing outlook surrounded by palm trees. There were sunbeds for everyone, it was so relaxing. Breakfast was great, we could find everything, salty and sweet foods also, croissant is in the top3 most delicious croissant I have ever eaten. Staff were friendly and helpful, helped us with the airplane ticket printing, at night there was a security guy who guarded the place with respectful manner. Everything was great, definitely recommend this place!
In our room there was no kitchen room, but luckily we did not want to cook anything.

We stayed at the 3rd floor with a terrexe facing the pool at the back another balcon with an excellent and amazing views.
The only negative thing is there was no lift... which is quite understandable because of the type of the buildings... it just happened that we stayed at the 3rd floor but has an excellent view

Great location, very good breakfast, beautiful garden and nice pool. I would recommend.
No quilts on the beds. One of the single bed was not much comfortable.

The staff and owners are so welcoming at this hotel. Nothing is ever too much trouble. Rooms are extremely comfortable. The pool and sun bed area are always immaculate and the gardens are beautiful and well cared for.

Breakfast was very good.. The outside of the hotel is very nice and clean. And so is the pool area.
And finally, Mrs Coula is a very nice and friendly host.

It's a quiet place. In the same time, very close to the main street with clubs and restaurants. Free parking behind the hotel. The host on the reception was kind. Breakfast was good. The pool was clean. Fresh flowers in the room every day. Amaizing view and excellent bathroom. Coffee, tea and botteled water in the room - from the hotel. It was amazing stay.

We had a triple room, it was good size. Very nice swimming pool with a warm water (at the beggining of June). We asked for earlier breakfast, as we had an early flight. There was no problem to arrange it, the staff was very kind and helpful. The hotel is cloce to the center of Malia with shops and restaurants (about 5 min walking), but in a quiet area. There was no problem to park a car. The beds were very comfortable, and air conditioning working well. If I go there again I would choose that hotel again.

Koula will be your amazing host. As I stranded there like a Hobbit without family, she adopted me after 10 hours. If you ask for Paul you’ll get 2 vodka shots for free. Amazing secret house rule.
The pool area is perfect. The Hotel is located perfectly right next to the center of Malia. Quiet neighborhood.
