We were surprised by the overall size of the home. It feels much larger than it appears from the street. The layout is perfect, as was the location.Everything about our stay was great, with the exception of the beds in the King rooms. Our bed was very uncomfortable, and so was the king bed that our son & daughter-in-law stayed in. The queen, according to our adult daughter, was great.The living room furniture was very comfortable, and there was plenty of room for 5 adults and 2 babies. We could have easily accommodated a few more people. The kitchen was well stocked. A Keurig, or single serve coffee maker would have been great, but there was a small coffee pot. I ended up going to a coffee shop right down the street every morning, which was not a big deal. Overall, we had a great stay.

Our only complaint was the online pictures of the bedrooms did not show the correct layout. The bikes in the garage had flat tires so we’re not rideable. We could have used a couple more packets of soap.

We had 4 couples plus one grandma staying in this home, along with 10 kids. It was great having 5 bathrooms! The lower bunkbed mattress in one room was not comfortable, gave my sister a sore back! But the rest of the beds were great! Also, one of the tubs would not drain properly, was clogged or something. The bikes mostly had flat tires, one of which had a completely shredded inner tube. But we pumped up the ones that we could and enjoyed riding around the neighborhood. Pickleball courts were fun, along with the two pools and hot tubs. Fitness center was disappointing (old equipment in a very small room). The kitchen was perfect, all the things we needed! House was very nice, clean, and spacious. We had a great reunion here!

The place was very nice . My only complain is that they have written signs of the amount of things and there was not that many to begin with. And the things that were there some were not enough for a house that is for 30 people. Like one trash bag for a 6 day rental? The trash can in the kitchen was for an office not big enough for a kitchen for 20 people. We rented 2 homes 102 & 109. The roaches were all thru the garage. Big ants were in the patios had to call it in they did help a bit. We realize that some things are Mother Nature, but some need to be corrected. Thank you

This house was in the perfect location for our family. With the pool right out the back the kids had the time of their lives. The house was clean and with every room having a bathroom attached it was great. When we first got there a chair was broken and management took care of it promptly. We will be staying again!

We had a great stay. There was one minor thing that concerned me and that was the lack of a kitchen garbage can! We improvised so we were okay.There was one other thing that bugged me and that was the description of the bunk rooms were not accurate. If they had been we might have done something different, as is we were able to manage.One bunk room has a full over full just like the picture. (NOT the written description). I knew there was a discrepency between picture and written, so I emailed the question to find out their answer was that the written description was correct, but it is NOT correct. The other bunk room has a triple single and a triple full.Even with those little bumps we were able to adapt and we had a great time. Absolutley loved the location. Grandchildren loved the pool and we loved being so close.

The property appears great and we stayed in another property nearby recently so we got to know the area. The amenities of the community are great for all ages and I assume this would have been a great stay BUT we had a death in the family making us unable to stay for the dates we had originally booked. Rather than cancel (as we were outside the cancellation period), we tried to push our stay out a few months and visit later but the property managers would not let us. We had to keep and pay for the rental, unable to use it. I think if a person gets travel insurance to prevent this, the property is a good bet.

Summer Fun
It was a perfect spot for our family. Close to the slides and lazy river. The condo was the perfect size for grandkids and adults with plenty of bathrooms. The beds were comfortable as well.

Our family is growing, All I want, is to make memories with my Grandchildren. We differently did just that. Playing games, swimming, stay up late, roasting marshmallows on the deck. They are asking when can we go back. Best time ever. We made so many memories. We will differently go back. the thing I liked best is it was so close to the pool, The grandkids didn't need to cross a streets to get to the pool. Also young mommies could stay with the little baby's and still watch the other play at the pool. Thank You for the best vacation.

2) we tried calling the property management company to provide us a fob pass and while the maintenance person came once, and provided us a fob, he never checked to see if it worked and of course it did not, so strike two there.
3) the garage had bikes there but when we took them out to ride them, they are broken down and old and the chain kept falling off one of the them (dangerous).
4) The TV is only Direct TV with no access to any movies. Investing in at least one SMART TV would be advantageous so that people can utilize their netflix, hulu and other. As was we could only watch a few workable channels.
These are minor pieces and if fixed would have given the house a 10/10.
