A lovely studio 1 bathroom condo unit located in downtown Delray Beach, 1 block walk to the beach, shopping, restaurants, bars on the bustling Atlantic Avenue. Located less than 3 hours away from Disney World. A great summer or winter vacation to our beautiful beaches and stop and see Mickey on the way! The condo is fully furnished with everything to cook in the kitchen. We provide Linens, Bathroom Towels, Beach Towels and Beach Chairs so you can arrive and hit the ground running! We DO NOT charge extra for Wi-Fi, parking and no resort fees. All is included in the pricing. This unit is SMOKE-FREE and has no pets. Includes one (1) parking space guest park also. There is also another pull out Murphy bed. Additional rates apply The Grove community amenities are shared and available on a first come basis., we are always available to answer any additional questions you may have about the rental at the Grove. This spot was a perfect weekend getaway for me and my girlfriend to visit some friends. It was a quick and easy walk to the beach, and a short ride or walk to the downtown shops and restaurants. I will definitely be staying here again on my next trip down.

Property is as advertised. Plenty of space and all of the things needed in the kitchen to cook/prepare meals. Very close proximity to beach and restaurants. Enjoyed walking to Atlantic for ice cream in the evenings. Will definitely stay here again!

The location is fantastic - no need for a car, everything you need is within walking distance or the Delray Freeride is available and convenient. Our only disappointment was the pool area and the cleanliness of the pool - we did not go to the pool once. Other than the pool, we really enjoyed out stay at the property and would rebook.

I selected this location because of its proximity to the beach. It is also an easy walk to "The Avenue" where all the nightlife takes place. The unit is small but very nicely updated. Perfect for two people. The property manager was very responsive and helpful. I highly recommend!

The proximity to the beach and to down town Delray is wonderful. Unit recently remodeled and well done. Check in process and communication with the manager was excellent. For the price, well worth it. The only negative comment we have is that the seating which is only available if the 2nd murphy bed is not deployed (which we did not need) was very, very uncomfortable. No place to sit comortably and watch TV. We could have deployed the 2nd murphy bed and sat on that to watch TV but was afraid it would take up too much room.

This was our first time at this property. Great location, nice studio for two people. Close to Atlantic Ave and beach. Already booked for next year. Only negative was outdoor furniture in common area. Most chairs had broken webs needing repair. Property manager is very responsive and easy to work with. Highly reccomend!!

Nicely renovated studio at The Grove. I love the 50's exterior vibe. My unit was totally renovated and updated. Two suggestions: the medicine cabinet is the only mirror; I suggest hanging one on the wall right by the entrance. The kitchen floor tile has a little depression in the tile that ought to be fixed.

The Pros: Great location and walk to the beach. Pleasantly surprised how comfortable the Murphy bed was. The beach equipment was a great bonus. The Cons: No heat in the unit, kitchen equipment old and dingy, other than dish soap and a few rolls of tp there we no other amenities like coffee, bar soap etc. no sheets for the 2nd bed, not enough bath towels, the pool is in the back of the parking lot., the street is busy with fire and construction trucks

I took my grandson (10) for a quick fall break trip and this was the perfect place! The condo was clean and had everything we needed. Plenty of Restaurants just around the corner. The beach was beautiful and a 5 minute walk away. The pool looked great but we stayed at the beach so much we didn’t have a chance to try it out. Oh and I can’t forget to mention the closet full of beach toys and boogie boards that were available to borrow. We had a wonderful time and wouldn’t hesitate to rent this condo again.

The location is awesome!! It is such a quiet and quaint community!! If anything could be added, it would be an ice maker and a full length or larger mirror to accommodate dressing more. Fabulous place!

This location can't be beat. Walking distance to the beach and Atlantic Avenue. Very quiet. Everything in the unit was accurate with the information on the vrbo site. Five stars all around. Will stay here again.
