部屋は写真でイメージしていたより狭かった。 建物の入り口が怖い。

The location was really near convenience store (7/11, family mart, etc), also very near shinsaibashi shopping place (maybe less than 5 min walk, to doutonbori / ebisu bridge is around 12-15 min walk, station around 7-10 min walk (shinsaibashi station). There’s also halal udon in front of the apartment. For check in and check out was easy (I don’t have any problem when check in and out), open the unit door also easy (don’t have any problems). The room was really spacious and cleaned. The bed was enough for 2 people each. They have air con (with heater). They also provide hair dryer, towels, utensils & kitchenware and soap (bath, shampoo, conditioner, hand soap, dish soap, laundry detergent), vacuum machine, plastic trash, tissue and 3 hanger. For laundry we have to re-dry clothes that have been dried in the washing machine (put it on the edge of the bunk bed). Well there’s also coin laundry near the apartment place (need to walk around 5 min). The host was really responsive and helpful. I chat them here at booking and they reply it pretty fast. For trash if we don’t want to wait for them to take it from our unit we can throw them at the rubbish bin on the ground floor opposite the apartment entrance. I think staying here was worth with money and we definitely coming back 😃

I hope they have slippers, iron and dryer machine / provide cloth drying stand and also more hanger.. I hope there’s some security downstairs or some people to check the apartment door will always be closed (so only those that know the code can enter it)..

キッチン用品が若干少なめ。 ザルやキッチンペーパー、菜箸 ラップなどは持参したほうが良いです。 IHの火力が少なめなのでお湯を沸かすのに少し時間がかかった。 帰りに掃除機をかけようとしたら モーターが燃える匂いがして、ゴミを吸わなかった。 テーブルが小さめ。

三連休の三泊であの値段は、かなり安くて良かった。部屋も、広いですし、文句なしです。

洗濯物を干す所がなく、乾燥機もなく、洗濯機の３時間の送風を洗った後ずっとやっていた。 テレビが見れなかった。

Location was good, close to shopping and restaurants.

Didn’t get the room we thought we booked. Thought it was the one with a balcony and Astro turf, but instead got a standard room with a view of another building and no balcony or natural light.

Check in/out time is unreasonable in 5 pm out 10 am. Can’t send or leave the luggages at the place before or after time. Need better clean up, dusty

Room was spacious and fairly new.

The hotel is used as a party house - groups of young adults use the rooms to party all night and there is no-one to complain to. This happened and kept us up 4-5 times during our stay. We also had to keep all of our trash in the room for the whole 2 weeks as no-one collected it despite requests to do so as indicated in the hotel information.

The room was gigantic! There was plenty of space to spread out, and my family welcomed the multi-room layout at this midway point in our trip. The location was wonderful too, and it was great to have an in-room washer and dryer.

It was odd—the bathroom and bedroom were spotless, but the artificial-turf carpet that looked like so much fun in the photos was very worn, there were some holes in the furniture, and the blinds didn’t really work. The shower drain stopped up a couple of times too, but was relatively easy to clear—a good thing, since no staff are on site.

The fact that it is dusty. The kitchen stove vent is dusty, the decor plant is dusty, the flat surface in the bed bunk is dusty.

very close to the train station and the Glico sign all of good location big room nice and clean, and easy to self check in, when I booked this room I even get a free tax ride from the airport to the hotel. I had a very nice stay here and it's good for group people, had a great time here thank you!
