location and unit were great. amenities were nice. unfortunately due to weather I didn't get to use them as much.

there could have been better communication about checkin and check out so I didn't waste a half hour trying to pick up a key at the location booking.com told me to when there was just a door code. not sure if this is a property manager or booking.com issue.

Amazing place, will go back!

Spacious apartment, 3 minute walk to the beach very well equipped - hair drier, enough towels, practical things provided such as toilet paper, kitchen paper, salt and other species etc TVs in every room with Netlfix and Disney + ideal for the kids

Door to balcony didnt lock. Wrote the company but nobody replied. We slept every night with the balcony door unlocked, a bit worrying though the area seemed safe enough

Lovely property and very well equipped for family stays.

The property was clean, very spacious, ideally situated for the beach and had lots of helpful equipment provided in the property such as smart TV’s, washer, dryer, dishwasher, kitchen utensils and also in the garage there was some useful kit for beach use including kayaks, chairs and a beach trolley. It’s a credit to the owners and well looked after with plenty furniture and storage.

We recognise that this was most likely completely outside of the owner or rental companies control but we were unable to utilise the balcony due to a dreadful smell of drains/stagnant water coming from behind the property and affecting the whole block. This was most apparent in the afternoons on hotter days. We just couldn’t sit out on the balcony due to this so went out mostly which was a real shame. We also had a very noisy family above us in another property (running around and stomping on the floors) which led to me having to complain to the occupants directly one evening after which it calmed down slightly. The bikes provided in the garage were a nice extra but we couldn’t use them as they were too large for my children. Overall we were grateful for what had been provided though!

Exceptional

Everything was great, the location was fantastic and everything was well thought out.

Having said that, we had agreed for a late checkout at 3pm, which the landlord agreed to. On our last morning they call and said that there will be a new person coming in today, and that we have to be out by 10am, which at the time was 20 minutes left for us. We gave them another call and they agreed to 11am, which is fine, but still a very uncomfortable feeling and an inhospitable attitude.

Mariner's Point is an On-Point location for a wonderful beach vacation.

The location is excellent. As advertised, the beach access is just a few steps away. The house was clean and comfortable. Entry was easy as we were provided with an access code. The host made sure that we were all set and offered their cell phone number if we were to have any problems (we didn't). The host provided five beach cruiser bikes with a key and lock that allowed us to travel like locals. We had access to two sea kayaks that we used in the inlet. Overall, a really nice location for a beach trip.

There was no hand or dish soap in the kitchen. However there was soap for the dishwasher.

Superb

The 2 bedroom 2 bath condo was very comfortable and it was just 5 minutes walk to the beach. It's not commercial place and people who like a calm beach, this was the best place to be on the Indian Shores. We met the owner of the condo and he was so nice and they had Kayak, bikes, chairs and other small beach stuffs that the kids would enjoy.
