Location is good.
Poor Toilet Management. It was smelly and toiletries were not there.
One of the staff member was very rude.

The location is within the heart of Riyadh old area and is nice to have restaurants and malls at a walking distance
Rooms and linen were not clean, even the towels had to be changed since the ones placed looked dirty. The room as well was not clean and there were just 2 hangers in the wardrobe with broken rods.. overall very bad experience

Room Size & Cleanliness.
The bathrooms do not have electric dryer and a family room does not have an heating Oven. Which are basic necessities.

We liked the location and the lounge area.
Room was quite. Mathur at the reception desk was very helpful and polite.
Things were broken by previous tenants. No where to hang your towels and soap and toiletries. Things in the bathroom were in wrong places.
The carpet was dirty or spoiled. Scuff marks on the walls by previous tenants. 6
The bedding were not charged when we moved in. After complaining they apologise and charged the bedding immediately. Which was nice of them.
