About this house rental
Come enjoy a newly finished, private, two bedroom basement apartment in Cottonwood Heights. The location could not be better for freeway access, proximity to ski resorts, hiking, and loads of dining options. Ski shops, public transportation, and grocery stores are also within walking distance. Only a 15-20 minute drive to downtown or the airport. We live upstairs and would love to make your stay a great one.

This was a great place to stay while my kids were participating in a hockey camp. We had plenty of space, comfortable beds, full size fridge, washer and dryer, and great air conditioning that kept us cool while it was so hot outside. The hosts are easy to communicate with and helpful. There isn’t a kitchen sink, stove/oven, but there is a microwave and a really nice large toaster oven that cooked really well. Overall, it was a great place!

This is a large basement apartment with space to spread out. It was easy to get to from the SLC airport, and easy to check in and out. Owner communication was very good.
The apartment was very clean and much of it has been recently renovated; however there are still some renovations that look like they haven't yet been completed - for example, holes in the drywall for electrical boxes.
There is no real kitchen, just a fridge, microwave and toaster oven, and no kitchen supplies to speak of - only paper plates and bowls. The dining room table and chairs are also the folding plastic type; functional, but not at all fancy.
The living room is large and has a comfortable sectional sofa and large TV with Netflix.
Overall it worked fine for our family of 5 for a short overnight stay.

Convenient and close to everything
This place was perfect for our stay! Easy to find, close to the freeway, restaurants and shopping. It was a great place to serve as our home base while we explored the area.

Had a great stay at this BnB. VRBO for some reason didn’t have any information on how to enter the property so I messaged the owner and they responded to me instantly so it was no problem. Great location to freeway, restaurants, ski slopes. We didn’t need to cook or anything so this location worked great for us since they only had a full size fridge and microwave. Very clean, updated bathroom, lots of space and parking. We would stay here again.
