Beautiful Property

The hotel itself is really nice and updated. The 1 bedroom suite is very large and clean. The bed and pillows are super comfortable. The $10 fee covers internet and they give you access to free activities everyday.

The breakfast was had no flavor. The eggs were very watery and there is no flavored creamer anywhere. The ac units in the room do cool but it takes a while to cool down. Very hard to find street parking so you have no choice but to use valet

The restaurant needs better servers and they need to clean the property better, including the tables.

Location is excellent

The front desk staff are racist and assign nonwhites to rooms without views or rooms that are facing walls.

A wonderful experience in a beautiful area.

We loved this hotel! Such a beautiful area, so close to the beach, and having breakfast overlooking the marina is perfect. Breakfast itself was alright, but everything else was wonderful. Staff were really friendly, room was spotless and much larger than we expected. Pool was lovely because it wasn’t freezing cold. We only stayed two nights here but wish we had stayed more! We would stay here again if we were in the area again.

The breakfast was alright. There was decent choice but not the best hotel breakfast I’ve had. Could have done with some fresh fruit.

A good option for a stopover in LA.

The hotel seemed fantastic - unfortunately due to flight delays and a very early departure, I had very little time at the hotel but the room was very spacious and I believe would be a great spot to hang out for a couple of days.

I missed having the opportunity to walk along the boardwalk and see the sights. I also didnt like that you had to take a shuttle bus from LAX to catch an UBER - it meant that I spent more time on a bus than I would have transferring directly to the hotel. This is not the hotels fault.

Great room with awesome view, great location and easy to walk to the beach

The view from our room was awesome and very relaxing

We paid for a sea view suite and the first one they gave us was smelly and dark. They did change us was good. The breakfast was lacking and we didnt eat there again after the first morning

the room, the layout of the room, and the bed quality, unfortunately, it's not enough light in vanity-bathroom.

the free breakfast food was awful - scramble eggs taste like carbon, turkey sausage is dry and hard, only have one waffle maker machine while most of the guests line up to make waffle since this is the food that edible.

Overall the accommodation met our expectations and the room was very nice.

The hotel location was good considering we needed to be close to the meeting point for a kayaking class we were taking.

The extra costs associated with the hotel were unexpected and therefore we were disappointed with the total price of our stay.

just stay in here for location

no safe in room no lotion first day heater and Ac broken and the gave us three options 1-Chang our room without any help from hotel 2- giving us a heater 3-leave the hotel we chose accepting the heater and the nigh manger said we can’t give the heater who ever is promised that doesn’t have permission then you have 2 choices change the room no help from us or leave the hote

Superb

Good location in the marina, lovely views. Pool access. Spacious room with fully equipped kitchen area.

Door to room rattled loudly everytime someone else opened and closed their door.

Modern and clean hotel with great rooms but very basic breakfast.

Room was equipped with a kitchen, modern and very clean.

The fitness center was a disaster. Most of the equipment was broken. The breakfast buffet is very basic for $350 per night.

All rooms, friendly staff

Not close to any food shops. Had to Taxi or Uder Eats. Paid for American breakfast and got prepackaged soggie sausage rolls or burgers. Most not edible.

A high quality hotel in a nice location

A really nice hotel with a large room, very comfortable bed, large bathroom and even a small kitchen. Overall the infrastructure was really good for US standards.

The breakfast was really love-less, minimalistic, a lot of pre-packaged low quality things, there was no fruit, no good coffee. This was really disappointing, given that the breakfast room was beautiful and it would have been great to sit there, enjoy the great view on the harbour and have a nice breakfast. Given the high prices, one can expect a little bit more love to the breakfast.

We really enjoyed out time there. Very convenient location.

The food was good and light. The view during breakfast was beautiful. The food was always plentiful and the staff very accomodating.

I love dogs, but don't want to eat breakfast with them.

I stayed before and won't be my last. Excellent offerings in a very beautiful and convenient setting

Breakfast has changed since Covid. Now they serve individual servings of hot food in single serving packages. I didn't try then but stuck to the oatmeal + fixings, which was good.

I wish they could have extended late check out until 1pm, but I did get it to 12n . (Regular check out is 11am).

Fantastic location and a good relaxing hotel in which to unwind on holiday.

Fantastic location on the marina overlooking boats and yachts. Room was comfortable, clean and well equipped. Restaurant menu was interesting, food served was great and service in the restaurant was good.

Car parking fee's are high, but no different to other similar hotels in Los Angeles. Hotel reception staff and restaurant front desk were not particularly welcoming. These are minor complaints that make this a good hotel, rather than a great one.
