Exceptional!

A tastefully decorated apartment, spotlessly clean, well stocked, superb location. We were warmly welcomed by the host, check in was extremely easy. Most importantly, we felt at ease throughout. Highly recommended.

Super!

I loved the place! Host, Gaia, was super helpful. We asked for a late check-in at 23 pm, and she came to give the keys and welcomed us. Very comfy beds, nice and clean apartement. Especially liked extra pillows to choose. Good location - everything is very near, cafes, shops. Easy acsess to railway station to visit Cinque Terre.

pleasant stay in a great location for commuting to Cinque Terre.

The apartments are fully renovated and decorated in modern luxury style. The electronic appliance (washing machine, dish washer, kitchen wares) are very good. The host is very nice, we messaged her when we almost arrive and she waited for us when we arrived. The apartment is next to the train station (3 mins walk), the great location as base for train hopping to Cinque Terre. We booked private parking at 20 euro/night but it's worth for safety and convenient. The parking is very safe since there is dedicated door for each car, and locates opposite of the apartment building.

Beautiful apartment for a family of 5. Very well equipped, very clean and everything is new. Gaia is amazing, she explain us about all travel options in the area and recommend us on excellent restaurants near the apartment for dinner and breakfast. The apartment is near the train station and a few minutes walking to the center of La Spazia.

Great location

This property was perfect for visiting Cinque Terre or anywhere on the coast. It’s a short walk from the main train station. The flat is on the top floor but there is a small elevator available.

it would have been nice if there were a living room to unwind but that’s just getting picky.

Fantastic location in case you are going to explore Cinque Terre. 2 minutes from the railway station, and don't worry about being noisy by trains, the apartment has well-isolated windows. Very clean. Well equipped. Comfy beds. You will feel like at home. big kitchen, 2 nice rooms, 2 bathrooms. 3 airconditions. Main "tourist" street with plenty of nice restaurants 3 minutes of walk, Trought the same street 10 minutes to harbor. Excellent steakhouse practically behind the corner. Parking in private garrage house cross the street.

Fantastic apartment, nicer than the photos!

Beautiful, well equipped apartment, all the conveniences of home, 2 full bathrooms, comfy beds, high pressure showers, spacious bedrooms, plenty of storage, balcony, lift, washing machine, secure parking, yet only 5 mins walk from La Spezia Centrale. An amazing host, very responsive & she gave us some great tips for restaurants, highly recommended! Will be advising friends to stay here, it is a gem!

Wonderful stay

The appartement, fully renovated in 2022, was very clean and comfortable. Its location close to the train station (noise is not an issue at all thanks to the acoustic isolation) and the centro storico is a perfect starting point for visiting the 5 Terre. The car parking possible with the rent is a closed box available across the street, in a secure building. Gaia, the owner, is very kind and helpful.

The apartment is super clean and comfortable. It is a super-equipped apartment (It has all the equipment that you might need) that is recently renewed. The location is very good, and it's near to the metro station and center. Above all, It has a great location for visiting Cinque Terre. The owner(Gaia) is very kind and always available to help or give information. We had a great time there. Thank you, Gaia.

Best apartment in Cinque Terre!

The apartment is beautiful, spacious, comfortable, newly and fully renovated and has all the amenities (even a washing machine/dryer) you might need. The owner lady is very helpful, cooperative and easy to reach.

Amazing place in La Spezia

Everything was great. The whole appartment was spot on. The place was really clean and you have everything you wish for. A oven, microwave, washer, dryer even an Espesso machine with cups included. It was really close to the Station where you can take the train to Cinque Terre.
