About this condo rental
This Condo offers all the amenities and is within a short drive to Douglas Beach, Oval Beach, Downtown Douglas and Saugatuck. We did not skimp on anything regarding what guests "may" need while staying with us! The kitchen is fully stocked with a coffee maker, dishes and place setting for 8, dishwasher, toaster, all utensils needed to make a home cooked meal, the list goes on. We have a large gas BBQ Grill on the patio, and patio furniture to seat 6. Guests are sure to enjoy a memorable vacation in this fully furnished, Condo which offers a Master Bedroom and Bathroom. The main/master bedroom has a Queen sized bed, while the remaining room is furnished with a Queen sized bed, side tables and closet. There is also a pull out Sofa in the living room; this is as well a Queen size. The living room is furnished with a large couch and two over sized sitting chairs; the perfect area to watch tv and or play games, talk about the great time you're having.... The kitchen is perfect for dining as it is equipped with a large refrigerator, electric stovetop and over, dishwasher, place setting for 8, coffee maker, toaster, need we say more? The location of this Condo is ideal, it is a 2 minute drive to Douglas Beach and a short drive into Downtown Douglas. Whether you're in town to relax or you are there to shop and eat, this is the perfect vacation spot for you! Did we mention the cute back porch area? It is equipped with table and chairs

I stayed at the condo in Douglas for 4 nights. Loved the location, close walk to lake shore, 10 min walk to Farmers Deli and downtown Douglas. I even challenged myself to walk to downtown Saugatuck, was little long about 45 min one way.
Very spacious and bright condo, it has everything you need to stay for just a weekend or longer. Very nicely updated kitchen, freshly painted. It was pretty quiet, I didn’t hear any neighbors from upstairs.
Carpet could use a shampoo, I saw some stains and shower head was leaking from the base (master bathroom).
I loved my trip! It was exactly what I needed, get away from busy life and relax in Michigan paradise:)

This condo is exactly as described in the Vrbo listing so I won’t repeat any of those details. Everything is modern and in excellent condition. We are 2 senior couples that wanted a ground level rental with adjacent parking, good access to all Lake Michigan beaches from Holland to South Haven, and a short drive for shopping and dining in Saugatuck. Joshua is a good communicator and check in was easy. If you stay here be sure to visit the nearby Isabel’s Market and Eatery before making a grocery trip. During our stay the condo complex was quiet at night and that makes this rental a 5+ rating!
Overall, I can recommend this condo for a Douglas/Saugatuck vacation.

Overall, we really liked the place. There was a small issue that was no one's fault that the owner was quick to reply to, and overall we had a very nice stay.

Clean, fully stocked, and very.comfortable. Communication with Josh was so easy and he always responded right away and kept us completely updated. Hope to come back next year.

This property is amazing! The bed was so comfortable! I have never slept so well on vacation before! This place had everything, down to the littlest detail: sugar for coffee, q-tips for ears, popcorn for a movie and saran wrap for storing leftovers! This place had it all! Our vacation was top-notch because we stayed here!!

This property is superbly located near all of the attractions in the area. The condo is immaculate and comfortable. It would be an ideal place to spend a week or more. The pool is a great amenity.

We were very happy with our stay. The condo was modern and very clean! It was very quiet too! We used the pool and had it to ourselves for 2 days. The pool was very clean and the perfect temp! Since we were there during the week we really didn't see that many people at the complex! I would totally stay here again and will hopefully be back next year! It was only a 5 min drive to downtown Saugatuck!

Spacious updated condo has all you need to enjoy a weekend or more. We didn't use the pool due to the cool weather, but looks well maintained.

We had a wonderfully relaxing stay. We had a couple minor issues but nothing that couldn't be taken care of after leaving a note upon departure - like a burnt out bulb shortly after arriving. Check in and out was super easy and our hosts were very attentive prior to and after our stay. Many extras in the kitchen were a pleasant surprise and photos are accurate. Furniture and beds are very comfortable. We seen a small herd of deer in the field from the back patio morning and evening. Like the title of this post.... very relaxing.

We had a fantastic time at Josh and Crista’s property. It’s a nice central location to Southaven, Saugatuck, and Holland so there’s a ton to do nearby.
The condo felt modern and clean and had everything you could need. The pool and fire pits are really nice amenities available on site. We enjoyed using them when we had some downtime between activities.
Josh and Crista were excellent hosts. They were very responsive when I messaged with questions.

The biggest decision making we wanted on our vacation was is it a pool or beach day? The condo was everything as described. Comfortable and stylish. The extra sand chairs and beach umbrella were a nice bonus. Thanks for a relaxing time. We will certainly be back!

This was a wonderful home for a family of four with two kids! The home was exactly as listed. Working with the owners was so easy and personal. It was spacious, clean, and provided more than we thought to make us feel at home! We were so close to the beach and restaurants, several in walking distance. This was our first VRBO experience and did not disappoint!

We enjoyed our stay over the weekend. It was nice to be close to my family members in town. The condo was spacious and had everything we needed. It was also nice to walk across the parking lot to Isabel’s for a quick and yummy breakfast. We will be back!
