Location to the Austin Elite gym and to eating establishments. Once I found the hotel location, it was easy to get to and from the gym.
Initially, it was a bit hard to find the hotel.

I booked this stay on a constant rate per night plus normal taxes and fees. The rate varied every night with 2 nights $100 more per night. Also, charging $7/ night for parking is ridiculous. This is not a downtown high density location.

The room wasnt cleaned. Bathroom mirror waa dirty. No shampoo in the container so i couldnt shower properly.
There were stains on the couch. I was freezing with the ac blowing on me.

Paying $7 for parking each day for self parking. Didn't restock coffee in the room. Didn't have tea in the room either. Didn't clean the room everyday.

The location and the beds were fine
Breakfast, cleanliness of the shower area, there was pink mold allover the shower door and the shower definitely hadn’t been cleaned inside…looked gross. Kids stepped on towels to bathe and even though requested beds were made but shower again wasn’t cleaned. Couch didn’t look clean to sit on.

Room was cleaned. We only rec’d one wash cloth for 4 people, and no toilet paper.

I loved the breakfast, and the beds were comfortable.
The room was dirty. There were hairs all over the shower/tub. Someone's underwear was left in the drawer. Sticky surfaces all over the room. No toilet paper. Only decaf coffee in room. Pool was freezing cold.

Clean. Very poor and difficult location to get to.
Room is very Spartan. Only two towels in the room. Other guests also complaining about this issue. One coffee cup. No condiments. No soap in Bathroom. Food at breakfast very spartan and cold.
