There is also a second story balcony off of the master bedroom via sliding doors to enjoy the view and beautiful sunsets Lake Erie has to offer. Outdoor hot tub , outside shower and hammock are just a few of the amenities. The house has central air conditioning and the modern kitchen has every amenity for a chef of any skill level. There is a large Weber gas grill and a large charcoal smoker grill. Beach amenities include paddle board , kayak, boogie boards, life vest, beach chairs and beach towels. The inside is decorated with comfy chairs and sofas . Large screen TV , Wi fi and Cable TV. There is a large kitchen island with 6 counter stools and a dinning room table for indoor eating. Laundry room with washer and dryer. Detached garage via a breezeway has an additional full size refrigerator and ping pong table and basketball net. The house is situated on one and three quarters acre. There are no parking issues.
