The apartment is ultra modern, crystal clean, in the heart of the city, literally 7 minutes walk from Chur Bahnhof. And the best part is the apartment looks exactly like the pictures placed on bookings.com. Also the place is bustling with cafes and restaurants in the vicinity.

Fantastic location, around a 7-8 min flat (gentle slope at start) walk from Chur station in old town. You are right in the middle of cafes, takeaways (Mexican, Asian and more) and we would recommend Wok & Momo for great Noodles! Look for red street signs around the apartment, they direct you to the oldest parts like the castle and St Martin’s Church. The apartment is reached via a tiny but useful lift on the second floor and is light, airy and beautifully presented. It is a very clever use of space in the lounge/kitchen/diner. My husband and I were working/holidaying so needed a dedicated work station and this was perfect with very quick WiFi and absolutely fine to support online meetings etc. the views from the three windows are of the city and the mountains over the rooftops - beautiful. The bathroom was large with a large walk in powerful shower with shower gel provided (no shampoo or conditioner ladies!). Also had a washing machine which might be useful for a longer stay and washing liquid also provided (nice touch!). The bedroom was large with a king size comfy bed and a hanging rail with floating shelves.
We loved this property and would highly recommend. We are seasoned travellers and travel constantly for work always looking for new boltholes. We would absolutely return here but could be better if a microwave was provided; more towel hanging space in bathroom, two bedside lamps in bedroom, better wardrobe in bedroom as shelves aren’t very good and not enough storage and a lamp in lounge for better lighting.

Guter Standort, schöne saubere Wohnung.
Im Winter definitiv zu kalt. Es braucht eine bessere Heizung. Im Schlafzimmer gibt es so eine Miniheizung, leider nützte es kaum etwas. Weil es keinen Abzug gibt in der Dusche, muss man das Fenster öffnen und das macht die Situation leider noch schlimmer.

Top Wohnung, sehr nah beim Hauptbahnhof. Alles war sehr sauber und komfortabel, exakt wie auf den Fotos. Der digitale Kontakt zum Gastgeber war sehr freundlich und schnell. Zudem war der automatische Check-in/out sehr bequem, da man zuvor alle wichtigen Informationen erhält. Ich kann es zu 100% empfehlen. Eine Kaution war bei meinem kurzen Aufenthalt nicht nötig.
Der Aufzug ist sehr klein. Jedoch ging dies aus vergangenen Bewertungen hervor und war kein Problem

Location was close to all facilities & so easy to get everywhere.
Noisy as it is next door to a restaurant/bar that stood in the lane talking even though it was Winter so hence the earplugs next to bed

A beautiful family property, restored as the best hotel in Tirano with best host!
It was a delightful and authentic place, restored in traditional timber, a wonderful maze of outstanding rooms and balconies, all lit with soft light after dark
There is nothing to dislike at all.
Only that we could not stay longer with our wonderful host, Andrea.

Location was great, the bar downstairs was concerning because of the noise & the weather was really hot & we needed to open the windows . The host was great & provided fans.

The apartment itself is very pretty and clean. Appliances provided were mostly nice and new.
The apartment is located just opposite a pub and restaurants. The noise and cigarette smoke generated by the customers is terrible and goes well into the night. There was a notice that we should call the police if the noise continues after 10pm. However, as tourists, we do not want the hassle of having to call the police in a foreign country and spoil our holiday dealing with such stuff. While we could close all the windows, it effectively cuts out air circulation and the apartment becomes stuffy and unbearable. EH apartment should seriously consider installing air conditioner throughout the whole apartment. The one and only mini fan provided is definitely not enough. If no budget, at least install ceiling fans in the living room and bedroom. The apartment is only good for 2 pax. A tight squeeze for 4 people with luggages. The mattress in the bedroom should also be thrown away as it is worn out and has zero support! You will not get any sleep on that bed!

Liked everything about the property. Beautiful and clean apartment. Great value.
The only thing is that is directly below two bars and since there is no air conditioning in the summer we had to have the windows open. This kept us up until 00:30-1:00 am since it was so loud.

The apartment is neat and organised and its distance to the train station is 850 metres. The apartment is 15-minutes walk from the Coop store.
The apartment is just across the street from the street bar, the noise from the bar should be expected to continue until 10 p.m. We could not find the appropriate apartment based on the message sent by the host, as there are several apartments in the region that are very similar to one another. As a result, a follow-up phone contact is necessary in order to verify the real location with the host. Because the car cannot be parked in front of the flat, we will have to pull the luggage for a distance of 500 metres before we reach the unit.

Nicely decorated apartment. Good kitchenette that we actually used. Access to the apartment was easy through a lock box. We never saw nor communicated with the owner other than receiving generic emails. The apartment is within the old town which was nice, but rather noisy at night (earplugs were provided).
The apartment was warm and only one small fan was provided (we were a party of three and slept in two separate rooms).
We parked at a public parking lot that is 3-4 minutes walk from the apartment (which is to be expected in the old town). Unlike all the other car parks we used in Switzerland, this one does not accept credit cards nor could we register for the app for reasons that we will not list here so we had to go find an ATM to take out cash to pay for parking (no blame here, but being aware of this would have save time and hassle). This is the only time we used cash in 10 days in Switzerland.

The location was perfect, and the bathroom is giant and clean. The kitchen has everything and the refrigerator is really good too.
The location could not be better .
the apartment is so hot, and they don’t have a good fan. The room is so brighter, even during the night because the don’t have any blackout curtains. The mattress are very uncomfortable.

Really convenient for the centre of the town. The property was lovely and clean and felt very welcoming. Tim, the host was very helpful and responded to questions quickly. The kitchen was modern and well stocked too
Would have been great to have had a microwave but that was only a small inconvenience.

Clean, nice, as described, and right in the old town. Ok equipped.
There is a noisy bar downstairs. With the windows closed is not a problem. But when it's hot you might want the windows open. An air conditioner would be a good investment

Location was in great area.
Very noisy due to bar below. The double glazed windows blocked the sound, but the apartment was very hot and airless with no air conditioning so having it all closed up was difficult. Bed not great - memory foam quite hot and uneven to sleep on.

Great location. Short walk to coffee shops, historical sights and small supermarket. Longer walk to big supermarket near train station still close enough to walk to. Appreciated the small lift for luggage so we didn’t have to carry luggage up stairs to third floor. We were traveling as a family of 2 adults and 2 small children. When we arrived we were concerned about the small but busy pub downstairs across the lane. This was not an issue as double glazed windows blocked out noise if needed and they finished around midnight. Host kindly left ear plugs on bedside tables but not needed. We loved wandering the streets of old town.

Apartment was larger than expected and had lots of amenities.
Average walking distance from train station, small supermarket near by.
Old town can be noisey late evening, closing windows keeps a lot of noise out.
Was hot when we were there so fan had plenty of use.

Nice and clean apartment. The location is great! Close to city centre and not far from the railway station.
The hairdryer worked only in cold drying regime, what became a problem for me in February morning , when we were in a hurry to railway station, and drying my hair process took longer than I expected. Also the toilet paper holder needs to be repaired or fixed.
