The condo was clean and recently renovated (2021 I think). The pools were a bit crowded but the beach was great and the gym sufficient.
We had a 3br 3 ba condo for the 5 of us plus my parents (7 total). Kitchen was great and our AC went out towards the end but the owner had it fixed within an hour! Great condo.

Good resort for young kids, but be aware that only one pool is heated. Condo was ok, but definitely shows signs of wear and tear. Cleanliness was sub-par, and multiple bath towels were stained. We were given fresh towels, but these were also stained. Clean towels are a pretty basic standard that should be met at this price. Overall, I’d choose to pay a bit more to stay at a nicer property next year.

The rental was easy. The check-in was quick. The property balcony light did not work. I wish the heated pool was warmer. That is not warm to someone from the coast. We could not figure out some of the TVs. The remotes were not working or the TV was not working. Nice but very pricey and too many fees added on above the daily rates.

Waterscape C300 was perfect for our family of 7, including three kids 7 and under and Grandparents. The condo was clean and in a convenient location for our family. Waterscape is family/kid friendly; we enjoyed the movie at the pool night and glow party on the beach while awaiting for the fireworks off the pier. We just booked C300 again for next Summer!

C300 was perfect for our group of 7. Plenty of space, large patio, great kitchen and beautiful views of the well landscaped pool area and the gulf.

Wonderful family spot!
My family and I loved our stay. Everything was clean. The beds were very comfortable. I enjoyed my mornings sitting on the swing on the balcony. The resort is perfect for all ages and of course the beach was perfect. If we visit the area again we will definitely book our stay here.

Great Family Condo
This was one of the nicest condos it has been updated and the beds are super comfortable. The bunk beds were great for 3 kids—you'll want to watch smaller kids on the ladder.
The location was perfect as we didn't want a ground-level unit where the kids could just walk out. This unit is just one floor up from all the pools/activities.
Overall great experience staying at Waterscape C300.

Our family had such a great time. This was our first stay in Ft Walton. For years we have always vacationed in Gulf Shores. So it took us a couple of days to warm up to the area but the grandkids ages 7, 5, 2, 2 loved it!! The pool area was great for the kids. The condo had plenty of room and the kids loved the bunk beds. We will probably return to our favorite Gulf Shores next year but truly enjoyed our stay here.

Beautiful condo with lots of space, but in need of more cleanliness
The property was a great place to stay! It has plenty of beds for our group of 10, plenty of space, everything you might need in a kitchen, and even three bathrooms, which was helpful. We were close to the beach and we were right beside the pools and lazy river. When we had a complaint about the cleanliness of the hideaway bed in the couch, I emailed the property manager that night and he sent someone to clean it promptly the next morning. The cleanliness of the condo could’ve been better. Besides the hideaway bed, there was a spot of blood (or what looked like it) on the comforter of one of the beds and one of the bath tubs became clogged on only our second day there. Overall though, we enjoyed our stay.

First time staying in Ft Walton
Our family had such a great time. This was our first stay in Ft Walton. For years we have always vacationed in Gulf Shores. So it took us a couple of days to warm up to the area but the grandkids ages 7, 5, 2, 2 loved it!! The pool area was great for the kids. The condo had plenty of room and the kids loved the bunk beds. We will probably return to our favorite Gulf Shores next year but truly enjoyed our stay here.

Wonderful condo! Very up to date and comfortable. Was great having 3 bathrooms and lots of room for the kiddos. Within walking distance of restaurants and miniature golf. One of my grandsons remarked that besides Hawaii this was the best vacation!

It was very clean when we arrived and the remodel is fantastic. David was very quick to respond when something went amiss with the cable one night. The condo is conveniently located for garage access plus to get to the pools-only one floor down-stairs and elevator are very close. The condo kitchen was well stocked with all we needed to prepare meals and the ice maker in the fridge kept up with our demand so we never had to go buy ice!! Waterscape itself is an awesome resort and we are sure to return and will be hoping to stay at C300, a real winner!

Hall Family Vacay 2021
We stayed in this unit 7/3-7/10 and had a wonderful time. We had plenty of room for our family and the kids (one 5 year old and two 1 year olds) loved the splash pad and the lazy river. Wonderful vacation!
The rental process was easy. Property owners responded quickly to all questions. Plenty of space for seven adults. Being able to sit together at the dining table for meals and together in the family room was a great bonus. The family room actually has a sofa, loveseat and two chairs (the picture on the web doesn’t have the loveseat) The beds were comfortable and the kitchen well stocked. Nicely remodeled. Thanks for a great stay.

Wonderful place to stay! Highly recommend! We had 2 families-4 adults & 3 kids= It was PERFECT!
Great location, great space, better than the pictures even showed. Only thing was the bunk room was right by the door and it doesn’t have a door so have a deep sleeper there or bring air pods to sleep in...other than that it was absolutely wonderful! We walked almost everywhere or just had a very short drive. Beach was gorgeous and kids loved the pools and lazy river etc.

Perfect Family Friendly Condo
This property was perfect for a family with kids in different age ranges. Splash areas, heated pools, lazy river. This condo provided a pack n play, toddler utensils/plates, one room had queen bunk beds! Yes queen bunk beds!! And a twin bunk room. The pictures posted DO NOT do justice to this amazing condo. I will definitely be booking this one again and again.

This property was very clean and you could see it has been updated. We had a great spring break and the kids loved the queen bunk room to hang out and watch movies.
