Located in Lower Grand Lagoon, this lovely house for £314 per night is a fantastic choice for your next trip. Hook, Wine & Sinker is Brand New to the rental market and boasts huge 55" TV's in every Bedroom including outside at the Private Heated Pool - and new furniture....and Foosball Table (Pool can be heated for $50/day)! The living room enjoys an over-sized 65" TV - it feels like you are at the game! Hook, Wine & Sinker is a beautifully finished Florida Cottage style beach house with a private pool. It is located on the east end of Panama City Beach on Thomas Drive just down the street from the popular Schooners Restaurant and Bar. The 4 spacious bedrooms are located 1 Bedroom on the first floor and 3 bedrooms and bunk room on the second floor. Important: This home sleeps 15 in beds - Maximum guest allowed however is 18. You would need to provide your own air mattress or sleeping bags for the additional guests. Groups under age 25 not allowed to rent without written approval!!! The 1st master suite is located on the first floor and opens out to the beautiful pool (1 King Bed). The 2nd Bedroom/Second Master Suite is located on the 2nd floor and boasts a huge bathroom with a glorious tub and separate shower (1 King Bed). The 3rd Bedroom has a King Bed. The 4th Bedroom has a Queen over Queen Bunk Bed with Full size Trundle. Then there is a bunkroom equipped with 3 Twins in bunk formation. The kitchen is well equipped with custom cabinets, granite counter tops, premium appliances, and all the essentials for lovingly preparing meals for the family. The hardwood floors and decorations make you feel like you're in the comfort of your own home. This is a great home for one large family or two smaller families that care to share the cost of a beach rental. 3 king Bedrooms, 1 Queen over Queen Bunk Bed with Full size Trundle Room, 1 Twin over Twin Bunk Room. Make memories with your family at Hook, Wine & Sinker! You must notify property Manager if your group does not have 1 person 25 years of age or older! Easy Access: Thomas Drive has the best traffic flow in the area. During the busiest times of spring break and peak summer weeks, Front Beach Road experiences bumper to bumper traffic. From Thomas Drive you can drive anywhere in minutes without the hassle of traffic. Shopping Nearby: There are 2 major grocery stores and a Super Walmart within 2 miles. Pier Park is an ideal place for shopping and is only a 10-to-15-minute drive from the house. At Pier Park you will find several major department stores, many outlet stores, specialty stores, unique apparel and jewelry stores, fun activities for the kids, a major 16 theater cinema, and some of the best restaurants in the area. Fun Activities: Shipwreck Island water park is blast for the whole family in the heat of the summer. Within a very short distance of the house there are several venues for miniature golf, bumper boats, sling shot bungee rides, a Ripley's Believe it or Not, and all the beach activities one could ask for. For the golfing enthusiasts, there are 5 public courses within minutes of the house. Signal Hill is just a mile down the road. Holiday Club is about a 12-minute drive and is a little more challenging. For the best golfers, Bay Point, with its 2 courses is about a 10-minute drive, 'Hook, Wine & Sinker' is located in the heart of all your favorite beach activities.

This is a great house in a great location. Very short walk to the beach and the heated pool got a lot of use! The TV and table on the patio were nice to have. The house was clean and the beds were comfortable. Plenty of cookware and utensils in the kitchen. The sectional has some low spots in it while sitting and may need to be replaced soon. There was only one beach chair, it would be nice to have a few more. Overall though we had a great time here and will book again when we come back to PCB!

Other than not being the cleanest when we arrived, we loved our stay. The stairs were rough on the toddler, but the adults were fine. The house was beautiful. The location was great. Would definitely come back.

Beautiful home near the beach. This is a great home for two or three small families. The kitchen was fabulously set up for hosting Taco Tuesday. The beach is a one block walk and the pool was perfect for the kids. While the home is on Thomas Drive and you can hear morning traffic, the proximity to restaurants, stores, and the beach is great for easy planning. Appreciate the exceptionally clean home with new furnishings. We would definitely stay here the next time we visit PCB.

We really enjoyed our stay. We had 9 adults a 4 year old plenty of space. The pool was great for her, we just walk out the door and it’s right there. The beach was a block away. Home was very clean with easy check in and out. We will return.

The house was just as pictured. It's in a very convenient location that's a short walk to the beach. We loved it & hope to return in the future!

Just as advertised less than a minute walk to the beach. Nice small well heated pool. Great place for 13 of us.

The house was amazing! As soon as you walk in, it’s spotless and smelled clean. The kitchen has everything you might need, with plenty of plates and silverware. The pool was the favorite part of everyone, we only wish there were some pool toys for the kids. The easy and short walk to the beach was another favorite thing for us! (A beach wagon would be helpful.) When we got to the house from the beach, the outside shower was super helpful! Everyone had plenty space, beds were very comfortable and plenty of closet space. We look forward to be back next year! Thank you!
