Nestled in Oceanside, this lovely house for £865 per night is a great choice for your next break. This LOWER LEVEL unit sits on beach level, with an open kitchen, living room and dining room. The living/dining area opens right up to the oceanfront patio. Enjoy ocean views all day long in the gorgeous, luxury kitchen. The oceanfront patio has a BBQ, patio furniture, and your own private spa. Nothing was spared in this home, from the cookware and bakeware to the linens. Come escape to luxury on the beach! PARKING: 2 Cars in the Garage (Parked Tandem) Additional parking is available at our office, located at 1640 Oceanside Blvd., Oceanside CA 92054. (***PERMIT IS REQUIRED to PARK AT OUR OFFICE. We had a issue with checking in. The tenants on the floor above us accidentally checked in into the bottom property we rented. Almost had a heart attack because I thought the property management company double booked. Not sure why the upstairs tenant had the code to the bottom property. Also the garage code they gave was also incorrect, so I had to wait until someone came to address that issue. With that said, our group had a great time overall. The property was clean and as advertised. Some of the furniture didn’t match the pictures posted, but it wasn’t a big deal. I do wish we could of checked in earlier than 4pm and check out later than 10am without paying extra. It seemed all tenants were annoyed by that when we were all rushing to vacate the property. I would recommend to others.

We did have a couple issues, but Beachfront Properties was always there immediately to take care of it. Great communication and just a perfect location. Definitely recommend it for your next trip.

We had an incredible time. The property is just as described and is located right on the oceanfront. Great location within a couple blocks of the PCH, a beach park and many other things. We had a couple of minor issues come up and the property manager immediately responded and resolved them. One of the best places we've every stayed and we'll definitely be back!

My family loved staying in this property. It was bigger and better than we expected with 6 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. My bother and his family were able to use the upstairs while my family and parents stayed downstairs. Having two kitchens and multiple tables was great. We all had our own space and never felt on top of each other. The unit is beautifully decorated. The views from both levels were enjoyable. The location was nice because it was more private. We were able to access the beach close to the house ( mid morning time), although it was difficult to get down the steps and over the rocks. We had a couple of people slip on the rocks. The internet is not great in this location. We did have a couple of issues including the tv not working and the garage door wouldn’t go down all the way near the end of our stay. The property managers responded very quickly. Even with those problems, we would definitely stay here again.

The house itself is beautiful. It is right up to the wave break without a beach, so you can hear the waves crashing. However, when we arrived, we were met with quite a few issues. First, the Jacuzzi didn't have water in it. Second, there was a massive leak in the master bedroom roof that was coming down the whole time we were there. There was another ceiling leak in one of the other bathrooms and the garbage disposable didn't work. It didn't make it feel the most sanitary, especially during COVID, but the house was beautiful.

The home is equipped with everything you need to cook a large feast or a romantic dinner for two. The beds were very comfortable. Bedding for 4 was provided so bring blankets and pillows if you plan on crashing on the couch.I have nothing but good things to say about this property. I did have a maintenance issue my first night and management sent someone that evening and the problem was resolved. Beach Front Rentals is amazing has excellent customer service. I would defiantly stay here again and I highly recommend.

We stayed here with a few friends plus our kids and had a great time. Location is great, you can't beat the views and proximity to the water. Unit was new, clean, and offered plenty of space for 6 adults, 4 children, and a dog. The layout is a bit narrow and deep, but we spent most of our time downstairs in the living room or on the pateo. Hot tub is small, but it's close to the outdoor furniture, so everyone can be around eachother. There is no sound system, so make sure to bring your own speakers. Beds and couches were confortable. We utilized the tandem garage parking, which is shared with the unit above. We cooked in the kitchen a bit, might be nice to have a few more large pots/pans for more complex meals. Overall a good time.

The house was wonderful, however, the Wifi was terrible. One person in our group was working remotely and wasn't able to do so at the house. She had to take most calls/meetings from her car as businesses aren't allowing people to sit inside currently. The TV also runs off Wifi so we had no TV during our stay. It took 4 days for us to receive a solution and never received a call back from someone from management, even after requesting multiple times. I would not recommend this property to anyone during this time as most people are working remotely and wouldn't be able to do so.

One of the best beachfront locations we have ever stayed at. GORGEOUS view. For the most part our stay was close to perfect. There were a few things that caused some discomfort:
-The configuration of the house was a bit strange.
-One of the bathrooms had 2 toilets and 2 showers in it, so only one guest could use at a time.
-One of the rooms had a futon, which was NOT a queen size, it was a twin and extremely uncomfortable.
-One room had no doors and was directly connected to another room, so made guests uncomfortable.
-There was not enough sheets for pullout beds(no fitted sheets).

-bottom patio was extremely crowded, with too much furniture and large planters. Hard to move around.

October 2020 Stay
As always Beachfront Only offers a worry free rental experience. I always feel comfortable renting through them. Everything is clean, works as it should and there are more than enough towels and kitchen items supplied. The grill, spa and fire pit were great. That being said this unit is nice but has a few kinks....
We enjoyed hanging out upstairs playing games with the patio doors open enjoying the ocean sounds but we did not feel comfortable doing this downstairs as a homeless person had let themselves in to our unit our first day there. We were told they would put a hotel lock on our door but that never happened.
There is a serious lack of water pressure in this unit. It would take 5-10 minutes for the water to get warm enough to take a shower and even then it was barely enough water to rinse the shampoo from your hair.
The normal walking or moving of chairs in the upper unit is LOUD. Throw in a couple rowdy kids running around (as kids do) and it becomes the complete opposite of relaxing.

From start to finish, the experience with the Beachfront property was wonderful, and nothing short of amazing. We were kept me in the loop with everything that was going on with the house and maintained contact with me throughout the stay. The property itself was spacious, beautiful and immaculately clean. It housed 4 couples perfectly and effortlessly. To sum it all up, this house is a must stay place!!
