Equipped with kitchen, living room with sofa bed, bedroom and bathroom, it boasts a very strategic location: it is in fact only 3 km from the station, from which you can easily reach the charming Cinque Terre for a beautiful trip. Portovenere is located a few kilometers away and 45 minutes by car you can reach the beautiful Forte dei Marmi. We also offer to our guests truly authentic experiences to live like a local. The property is well located in the northern hills above La Spezia. The view is marvelous. We were well guided to the property and found everything well prepared. Bus stop to the city 10 minutes down hill - nice walk through a friendly neighbourhood.

We stayed at the apartment 5 nights and it was quiet and peaceful. Perched up in the hills with a short ride to the train station to explore the Cinque Terre . The host meet us to let us in and was very knowledgeable and helpful. We enjoyed our stay!

We arrived and did not realize that the home is in the hillside overlooking La Spezia. A walk back into town to rent scooters fixed everything. The host was gracious and very kind. . The apartment is comfortable and modern with breathtaking views of the city. There’s a cafe and a restaurant at base of the hill with beautiful dishes and great cappuccino and pastries in the morning. Be sure to have a car or scooters, it is a very steep hike from the train station .
