Charming Chalet-minutes from hiking, skiing and Storyland! Great for Families!
About this house rental
Situated in Glen, this charming house for £220 per night is a fantastic choice for your next break. 3 Bedroom Charming Chalet on Christmas Mountain in Bartlett NH.! (Please note we do not rent from Craigslist!) We are located just past Storyland off of Route 16 in a quiet little neighborhood up in Linderhof. We are surrounded by a lot of trees so there is privacy and your neighbors aren't too close. We are centrally located to any activity your hearts desire! Skiing, hiking, leaf peeping, trains, shopping, eating, drinking, amusement parks, swimming - you name it, we have it near us! The bottom floor has 3 bedrooms, laundry and a full bathroom. 2 of the bedrooms each have a queen sized bed while one has a twin over full bunk bed with an additional twin trundle that can be pulled out. The main floor is a large open room with kitchen, dining area, living room, fireplace and pinball machine! There are also 2 decks off of the upstairs, one with a grill and one with a great view of the stars at night. It's a great hangout area for the whole family. The loft has an additional TV with video game systems, a queen sized futon that can be used for additional sleeping and a Foosball table. Great space for the kids! We love our chalet and have put a lot of thought and effort into making it the ideal space for your family vacation. We've also been visiting the area for over 40 years so we can certainly help with recommendations and planning to ensure that you get the most out of your stay with us!

Everything was just as described and the house is very dog friendly. But yet so clean you wouldn’t know dogs had been there. The mix of games was perfect for our varied adult age groups, and everyone was entertained and would have been fine if snowed in. The neighborhood was wonderful to walk the dogs in. Such wonderful touches, with the white lights on for arrival, and Pura Vida! Thank you for sharing your home!

We were so delighted to see the home welcoming us with tasteful Christmas flare! The wood stove drew us in and even though the weather did not cooperate-we had an amazing time! The house was so inviting that you didn’t feel guilty if you didn’t leave! I’m a pinball lover, and that was a fabulous perk! The home was tastefully stocked. No junk but super helpful essentials! Was super excited about the insta pot! Love that for a quick throw together meal! Location was great! Close to many things. We enjoyed beautiful morning walks and outings all around the region. Will definitely be coming back 💕💕💕

The chalet was an amazing last-minute Labor Day getaway for the whole family - grandparents and dog included! Perfectly located for a day at Storyland and some easy hiking with kids and four-legged friends. It was hard to drag the kids (and husband) away from the Nintendo and pinball machine when we had to leave. We would definitely go back, and hopefully will!

Couldnt have been happier with the place. Great walking around the neighborhood for our dog and us. My 5 year old son and I were excited to play pinball and him having his own bed just above me and his mom in the bunks. House is beautiful and really was so relaxing to just be in. Minutes to story land and beautiful views. Perfect place for entire family. Hosts even stopped by to see if we needed anything.

This was a wonderful place to stay while we vacationed in the area. The house was great for a family getaway - convenient to tons of nearby things to do, very clean, and well kept. The owners were extremely communicative and we would absolutely rent again.

Excellent stay!! We really enjoyed our time in New Hampshire. The house was perfect for our family, it gave us plenty to do when we had a few days of inclement weather- the kids loved the video games, pinball machine and loft! Great location, we were so close to storyland it took just a few minutes to get there. We also took a day to drive up to Santas Village, hiking, visiting jackson falls, mini golf, great restaurants...I could go on and on. The owners communicated all the pertinent details in a timely manner and were very thoughtful in all their emails. Can't recommend them enough! We will definitely look to stay again in the future. Thank you!

This is the first time we stayed overnight in the area and the location is amazing. It's not deeply nestled within the traffic and bustle of N. Conway, yet it's only 15min away. It's also only 15-20min away from the base of Mt. Washington, and right next to Storyland and close to Cathedral Ledge.
The house is part of a cul-de-sac community on the hill behind StoryLand, all made with Alps-like charm. It's tastefully and whimsically updated and maintained on the inside and is VERY pet and kid friendly.
Our hosts left us cider donuts from down the street for when we arrived. It was very considerate and they were so good that we stopped by to get more later in our stay.
The pinball machine is fantastic. There is a PS4 and an original NES emulator, a massive Disney DVD collection (we watched Robin Hood), and so many USB port chargers for our devices that I lost track.
The beds are comfortable, the bathrooms are updated.
The off-the-road community provides a safe place to walk pets while there (beware though, there are hills).
Overall, this place was great and my kids keep asking about when we will go back next. Highly recommend!

Overall happy with the chalet and experience! It is in a great quiet location. The owners were very responsive about a short delay in check in and more than accommodating. The wood burning stove and stone surround in the living room was a highlight. comfortable beds. has everything you need and then some. no major complaints or issues. would recommend.

An amazing experience with incredible hosts. The house was in immaculate condition and was very comfortable for my family of 5. Terri, Julian and especially Tucker went above and beyond. I would recommend this rental home. We bounce around the WM area and this was by far are best experience. I need to go back so I can better understand how the pinball machine calculates your score! A++

This was a great location for Storyland and Santa's Village. The house was perfect for the 7 of us. The pinball machine, Play Station and more were a big hit with all of us.

The chalet was so perfect for our group. The bedrooms and baths on the lower level were convenient for unpacking and the loft was where the kids spent almost all their time. The location is terrific and there are stores, restaurants, and attractions very nearby. The chalet was well appointed and comfortable. There was even ice in the freezer and so many coffees and teas available. I would definitely recommend, and will look to book again in the future. Thank you!

We had a FANTASTIC stay at the chalet. Julian was extremely responsive and accommodating and made sure we had everything we needed - plus left tons of helpful recommendations. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen had everything we needed to cook in one night, and our little pup had a blast. The highlight was, of course, the pinball machine. We collectively spent hours playing — so much fun! Couldn’t be happier with our choice to stay here.

This is a great place. The house is clean with comfortable and charming furnishings. We really appreciated the character in the home as well. It was fun to explore the books and games - our kids enjoyed this especially and we made some great memories even after our planned, daytime activities. Instructions for us were all clearly provided and easy to follow. The location is perfect - we visited Storyland and it was an easy drive. The neighborhood was also a great place to walk with our pups while we were there. We would definitely stay here agi

Amazing getaway!
We loved our stay at the chalet, it is clean, well-equipped, and comfortable. Plenty of space for our family and dog. Just loved the small and modern homelike touches - the USB outlets at every bedside, fans in every room, and the "essentials" baskets under the sinks. Lots to do nearby, but we had so much fun at the chalet that we did not leave much! We hope to be back soon! Thank you for a great stay.

Weekend getaway
We had a lovely time staying at this property. The kids loved all of the games as did the adults. We had a fantastic spring ski day in February. Just a short drive to Cranmore Mountain. This place was well stocked with everything you could think of. Can’t wait to come back again! Thank you!!
