Nice friendly & polite host, nice apartment, well set out inside with all the basic provisions needed (more than I expected). Much more space than a hotel room so a better value for money option. Location is nice but its a bit far from centre to walk but that is reflected in the fair rental rates so its a good option for a certain budget. It is also near bus routes down to the centre via a main, straight road so its also an easy option to save on taxis. I would happily rent it again upon my return to Cannes.
