Enjoy the heart of beautiful Newport and all it has to offer with a stay at a vintage Newport home on Spring Street! Just steps away from Newport Harbor. Unit 1 includes 2 bed rooms, a bathroom, a living room, & a fully functional kitchen. The living room includes a queen pull out sofa. This unit can easily sleep 2 - 5.

Said there was a pullout couch available for sleeping and there was not. Disappointing to have false advertising.

Pictures on the internet were not the same as the unit we were given. Steps to backyard dangerous as they were loose and falling off. "MOUSE INFESTATION" we witnessed the mice eating our packaged food on the kitchen table at 7:00 pm in the evening which caused us to leave a day earlier than expected. A refund of one day's rent should be considered for our inconvenience. I look forward to your timely response. Thank you. Jackie

Beware that parking in limited, but there is parking near the Viking Hotel a few blocks away.

My husband, newborn son and mother stayed here for a wedding and had a great time. The location is unbeatable. We walked to all the wedding activities, shops and restaurants. Can’t wait to go back.

Excellent location. Not fancy but clean. Kitchen needs updating but we didn’t cook. Would stay again.

Unfortunately the ceiling was leaking when we arrived and leaked for the entirety of the trip onto one of the beds making it unusable. The bathroom sink also did not drain during the trip. A plumber came out to look at both during our trip but the issues did not get fixed. Location is great, though.
