Location was great for either Rupp Arena or Kroger filed
The place was nothing like the pictures. The pictures must be from 15 years ago. If your staying in the summer be prepared to be hot. Also if your tall I would not recommend this place. We had to crouch to take showers. I’m only 5.5. If your a light sleeper this place isn’t for you as well.

It was a very comfortable apartment close to the Rupp Arena, where we were attending a convention.
We found it very difficult to communicate with host about getting the combination to the key lockbox. Fortunately, we got it before our arrival. The Evolve staff was helpful with this problem.
Also, we could not find the Wifi network, although the password was provided. When I contacted the host, he suggested contacting the Wifi company, but I didn't have time for that with the convention going on. I just used the Wifi at the convention venue.
