Overall a clean and comfortable three star hotel.

I like that breakfast was included, and it was a good breakfast daily. The restaurant staff were very friendly and accommodating. The courtyard pools were very nice, lots of pool lounges. The rooms and hotel were nice and clean.

Rooms were rather sparse and plain. No chairs to sit on, except outside in the heat. The location of the hotel wasn't what I was expecting. I thought I would have more places to walk to and visit. Not the hotel's fault!

Perfect stay at the Mill!

This is my third time staying here and it will not be my last! The property is very clean with friendly staff and the food is really good! The rooms are spacious as well. The pool and hot tub are always clean and I love how close it is to the beach.

Gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis

Wer auf ein Hotel mit direktem Strandzugang verzichten kann, findet hier eine gepflegte Hotelanlage mit gutem Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Die Zimmer sind geräumig und sauber, das Personal sehr freundlich. Zum Strand Palm Beach und zu einem Umgebung mit vielen Restaurants gelangt man zu Fuss in rund 10 Minuten. Ausserdem bietet das Hotel einen Shuttle-Service zum Strand an. An der Unterkunft stehen Parkplätze zur Verfügung. "The Mill Resort" ist nirgends beschriftet - einfach der Anschrift "Courtyard by Marriott folgen", denn es handelt sich um dieselbe Anlage.

Der Check-In-Vorgang war unnötig umständlich, was zu Warteschlangen führte. Die Dusche war etwas undicht, sodass man Sorge tragen musste, das Badezimmer nicht zu überfluten.

I would definitely stay here again!

The location! The room was spacious and clean; loved the welcoming drink! The tour staff were very nice and attentive!

Nothing was terrible…parking was a little limited.

Hotel agradable que debe mejorar en la amabilidad del personal.

Hotel agradable y simpatica decoracion, el desayuno es adecuado pero puede ser mejor (el desayunador no es muy amplio y se hace fila de espera). El personal es cortés pero se le ve cansado y deberían ser más amables y menos impersonales. Los equipos de la habitación funcionaban bien pero el sofa cama no es cómodo. Tiene estacionamiento de fácil acceso.

La información de que tiene "playa privada" es "inexacta" ya que esta bastante alejada del hotel. El gimnasio debería tener por lo menos una máquina para tonificar piernas.

Hotel prático e simples.

É um hotel prático para quem não busca um hotel pé na areia e tem como objetivo explorar a ilha. Quarto espaçoso e estacionamento amplo e gratuito.

Isolamento acústico muito ruim. Muito barulho nos quartos. Banheiro pequeno. Café da manhã sempre igual. Estrutura de praia precária.

Price was good location not so good.

The room size and comfort and not having to fight for an umbrella or shade by the pool.

We had a lot of difficulties finding the property since Mill Resort was not posted anywhere on the property. After driving around for quite a while we stopped at Marriott courtyard and asked someone who told us it was also Mill Resort. Also I didn’t like that only those people who booked with Marriott got a free breakfast.

Great stay!

The staff was very friendly and attentive. The rooms were clean, the food was good, and the kitchen pool area was beautiful!

The Tv was blurry and had very limited channels and we couldn’t hook up Netflix or any streaming services.

Excelente opcion en la mejor zona de Aruba!

El hotel esta ubicado a 5 minutos de la playa. Hay carritos que te llevan. En la playa te dan servicio de reposera y agua fria. El desayuno se puede tomar en el hotel a la carta o buffet . No es barato pero es rico. La limpieza es impecable. El hotel en general esta como recien renovado. Hablan español casi todos los empleados. En el lobby se puede contratar excursiones y alquilar auto por el dia para recorrer la isla. La piscina es muy linda y tiene servicio de bar.

El supermercado mas cercano esta un poco lejos.

cómodo y céntrico

Ubicación súper céntrico. Habitación amplia, con cocina y refri, baño cómodo todo perfecto.

Por ser fin de año 31 dic no hubo algo especial. Que no sea all inclusive. Mi habitación me la entregaron a las 5pm, súper tarde. Igual pedí trago de bienvenida por el retraso y aceptaron.

Very good

The hotel was very nice, pleasant and in the area of everything happening with a short walk. All of the staff was very helpful and accommodating.

The mattresses were a little too soft for my liking. I wasn't able to get my Marriott points even though this is a Marriott hotel???

loved the location of the property. The staff was amazing and the amenities were pretty good. I lost my card and the staff found it right away! so thankful for that! The energy in the place was really good!

Hotel was clean and newly renovated. Pool area was great never crowded has a nice bar resto area and the main strip was a 10 mins walk from the hotel. Not beach front but they have a shuttle to take you over with a 2mins ride.

The worse part of this hotel was the beach area VERY rocky with construction in front and behind. We walked further down and didn't use the hotels beach area at all. They do have Towel service and someone there to provide you a beach chair and water.

The facility was nice and clean. The staff were accommodating mostly with pockets of not so friendly or abrupt instances

It was clean, comfortable and affordable.

The on-site restaurant Allegra Bistro was ordinary and the food in general was lackluster. Not a big variety of dishes. This was disappointing.

It was a very nice stay, I will go back this year again, for a short vacation

The location is very good. Near restaurants and bars. Very tranquil but very close to the beach and restaurant and bars. Not to far from downtown. I would recommend this hotel.

There should be more parking space.

The best thing about the place is Allegra, staff were so wonderful and the breakfast buffet was good

Our room was not cleaned, pillows and sheets smelled horrible. One day 2, we called the front desk 3 times and went there 2 times to follow through on the housekeeping. We complained around 9p because nothing was done still, and they only replaced towels without cleaning anything up. The key fob stopped working as well, and had to be recalibrated a few times which means we had to keep going back to the front desk.

I did not like that I was charged an additional $100+ in hidden fees on TOP of the $103 in taxes and fees that were disclosed when I made the booking. if I had known about the extra fees I would have booked an Airbnb instead
