This tenth-floor condo at the one-and-only Edgewater Beach & Golf Resort features an ocean-themed interior and an open layout perfect for close friends or family. Now and for LIMITED TIME: receive 10% off 7 night bookings Enjoy stunning views of the lagoon pool and 110 acres of beachfront and the Gulf from the living room and kitchen/dining areas of the condo. The living area features comfy seating and a huge flatscreen TV with cable. The kitchen is gorgeous with granite counters and all new stainless steel appliances plus all you need for cooking meals or preparing snacks for the beach. An island offers seating for two and the dining table alongside it can seat 6. Just outside the living room/dining area, open the sliding door to your private balcony and enjoy the breeze and salty air. Our master bedroom offers a king bed, flatscreen TV, and fully remodeled bathroom. Our guest room has a queen bed and flatscreen TV. Twin over full bunk beds are tucked into a nook in the hallway and two more guests can enjoy a gel foam queen sleeper sofa. In-unit washer/dryer are ideal for drying your bathing suits or freshening up your outfits throughout your stay. High-speed wifi keeps you connected during your stay. The nautical decor and shiplap are beachfront perfect--clean, fresh, crisp. This condo is newly remodeled from top to bottom and one of the most stunning at the complex. --> Resort fee is included with your booking and includes up to two parking passes. The luxurious Edgewater Beach & Golf Resort is Panama City Beach's ONLY full-service resort. Just over the resort pedestrian bridge, you'll find a full restaurant, tiki bar, huge oceanside lagoon pool, kids splash area, Starbucks, market, ice cream parlor, 4 hot tubs, water sports/activities, beach chair service (pool and beach), and more. On our side of the resort is a 9-hole golf course, Pro Shop, fitness center, and basketball/tennis/shuffleboard/pickleball courts. Just outside the 24/7/365 manned-security-gates of the resort is a multitude of additional walkable restaurants--everything from NY style pizza to high-end seafood, an American eatery, a Cajun cafe, Mexican restaurant, and even a Subway and Waffle House.

We enjoyed this condo, it was beautiful and had everything we needed! The view of the sunset is gorgeous! It’s nice and updated very well! Communication with owner was very quick! Family friendly! Beach wasn’t too crowded but could be time of year but we enjoyed it!

We greatly enjoyed our stay here!! Property was clean and well furnished. Check-in process was super smooth and had several communications from the property manager they kept us well informed. Highly recommend staying here and I look forward to staying here again!

We were simply amazed and thrilled with this unit. It had so many extra touches that other units did not supply like Ziploc baggies, extra kitchen equipment, extra toilet paper just to name a few. Will definitely stay here again. The owners were great to work with, and I highly recommend them.

Our stay at Red Sky Nights was exceptional. The Gulf Coast has the best beaches. Edgewater Resorts provides a safe, friendly staffed, gorgeous location. And our host takes super host to the next level. Communication was on point and it was apparent they cared that our stay was the best it could be. When you walk in the door it was easy to feel at home. The condo was clean, well stocked and the bedding very comfortable. Looking forward to another stay.

This condo is great. Very clean. Updated. Had everything we needed. Charlie was the most helpful and accommodating host we’ve ever had and we’ve stayed in a lot of condos across PCB! The beach and access is so close. The basketball courts are a bit far but doable. The location of this condo is in the middle of everything! Will be back.

This condo was everything as described, and more. Beautifully decorated, spotless and fantastic Gulf view. Comfy beds and pillows and easy access to all resort amenities. Charley’s communication was super and very appreciated. Easy check-in/out and awesome stay!!

We love Red Sky Nights!
Another awesome stay at Red Sky Nights...this was our second stay in 15 months at this specific condo. Charlie and Karla have thought of EVERYTHING that will make your vacation amazing. The oceanfront unit is an immaculately clean and beautifully decorated. We stayed with my 13-year old son and his friend for Summer vacation and they had a great time. The view from the 10th floor is breath taking for morning coffee from the two recliners at the picture window, or an evening cocktail from the porch. Check in and check out was easy, convenient, and Charlie is available if you have any questions. The resort appeared to be at full capacity during out stay, however, the white sandy beach and spacious pool area never seemed over crowded. The location is convenient for grocery shopping at Publix, and there are lots of great places to shop eat nearby. We highly recommend this property and owners... we will definitely book with Charlie and Karla again! :o)

End of Summer Vacation in Panama City
My wife and I were looking to get away at the end of the summer before starting back to work and the daily grind of school. We found this condo and it was exactly what we were looking for, and we were happy to find that it was available during the time we would be visiting. We booked the unit and I’m so incredibly happy that we did. It was absolutely perfect from beginning to end. Charley was such a helpful resource and easily accessible the whole time. The condo was beautiful (exactly as pictured) and the resort was amazing!!! We lived the pool, easy access to the beach, cabana rentals, and ease of getting around PCB. We had an AMAZING time. Both of my kids have already started asking if we can go back to the same beach house again next year. And honestly, I’m sure we will! The whole process was so flawless I wouldn’t be interested in staying anywhere else! Thanks Charley!!!

We loved our stay at Red Sky Nights! It's one of the nicest condos we have ever rented. Charley is very communicative and really goes the extra mile to ensure you are happy and have a great stay. Everything you need is provided, including a starter supply of things like toilet paper and paper towels and the kitchen is well stocked for cooking. The condo is beautifully decorated and has every comfort. The beds are very comfortable and there are extra pillows and throw blankets. We loved the recliners in front of the window and I think that it what we will miss most!! The complex is very well maintained, staff are friendly and the location can't be beat. The restaurant on site is good with friendly, efficient staff. We ate there twice and enjoyed the blackened fish tacos. Don't hesitate to book this condo, you won't regret it!

Great get away! Couldn’t have asked for a more beautiful location or condo. Charlie was awesome and Karla and Charlie had it decorated so nicely with all the supplies for the kitchen and beach. Very clean would highly recommend.

Fantastic rental home
Charley lives at the property for a few weeks in the year, he has therefore thought of everything that one could possibly need during their stay. It was modern, clean, spacious with an amazing view of the ocean. I would definitely recommend this rental.

Beautiful Oceanfront Condo
My husband and I stayed in this unit with our 12-year old son during Spring Break. We had a wonderful experience with the owner and property. The condo is exactly as pictured online...beautifully decorated, clean, and amazing views from the balcony and sitting area inside the unit. The bunk area is great for kids. The bunks are comfortable and cozy and each bunk has it's own flatscreen TV in case you have kids who like to watch different shows or play X-box. Since the property is located East of Pier Park, we did not experience the typical Pier Park traffic. There were lots of great food choices nearby. Dee's Hang Out across the road has amazing seafood and is worth the wait. Also, this property is only 12 floors and has quick elevators, so we didn't have to wait long going and coming from the beach/pool. The pool area for this building was spacious and the grill next door served wonderful food and drinks. We highly recommend this property and owner...5-Star all the way!

My 4 year old loved her bunk bed and private TV- even better that all the tv’s were smart TVs and we could log into our Disney accounts to keep her entertained during evening down time. The unit was impeccably clean, the decor and finishes were great. The beach and pool were perfect- though a little chilly in the middle of March. Other Guests were friendly and respectful, as was staff. Charley was easy to reach with any questions. No question we will be back and rent from Charley again.
