Location was perfect. Just a few minutes walk to the main street which had great shops and pub/restaurants.

Location was ideal , quiet and 10 mins from the beach. House was very clean and spacious.
We liked the fact that tea and coffee was provided along with washing up liquid etc.
Leon came to check everything was fine and he was very friendly.

The property was well situated for exploring Holt. It was beautifully furnished and well equipped and having private parking took a lot of stress away. Leon the host was friendly and helpful. All in all a great trip.

Generally all very positive. As a note to the owners only we did feel that a welcome folder with info on how to use heating controls, dishwasher etc would have been helpful. The number of cups and glasses probably needs refreshing.

We would stay again as we had a lovely time but waste bins in the bedrooms would be handy and a couple of the hand soap dispensers were empty.

Pretty much everything! Location, cleanliness, standard of facilities. Really nice place to stay for a few days.

It had everything you needed in terms of amenities in the house! Spacious and beautifully decorated! Perfect location to explore Holt and surrounding areas!

Location, comfortable beds, cleanliness
No working log burner as advertised. We know check out is at 10am and we were ready to leave by then but to have the cleaning staff waiting in a car outside the property at 9.50am looking in made us feel rushed

Excellent Location. Well equipped kitchen. Water softener. Parking. Bed linen and towels. The outside space was lovely but the weather wasn't.
Not an issue but a 5 ft bed is much more comfortable. Maybe a little more information about TV streaming services available. Fortunately I had my netfix app with me and was able to connect to the TV.

Couldn,t have asked for a better location, house was an absolute delight, felt at home straightaway, with an immaculate garden, not overlooked, couldn,t have asked for more.

The keys were in a key safe that was easy to find. Excellent base to explore North Norfolk from and very convenient for the food shops in Holt. It’s an excellent base to go out from, but if you want to stay in doors and enjoy a view of the Norfolk countryside, then this is not the place for you. Spotless clean, all bed linen etc provided.

Location is not very scenic. Could have done with a king sized bed.

We loved everything, beautifully furnished house with everything necessary and beyond. Spotless clean and close to the shops, modern and fashionable. We would love to go back.

Very clean and comfortable house, spacious and light. Just around the corner from the centre of town and five minutes walk from the supermarket. Would definitely stay again if in the area.
The only minor negative was the floor boards upstairs were very noisy, but only an issue for very light sleepers.
