Renovated kitchen that opens into a large dining area & music room with guitar & piano. Perfect for large family meals together or relaxed, romantic dinners in for two. Large back yard with unique landscaping, outdoor pergola with lighting & seating beneath. Additional dining area outside with seating for 6. Specialty accommodations include: -Beach Chairs & Umbrella, Sand Toys -High Chair -Beach Wagon for Kids -Portable Crib -Any kitchen utensil you may want -Coffee Bar - Keurig, Nespresso & Large Pot Coffee Available Offers 2 master bedrooms with king size beds and a bedroom with 2 twin size beds. Comfortably sleeps 8 guests, with a pull out couch in the living room. Our cleaning is professionally done and the property is kept immaculate. Fun for the entire family. After staying in 2 “corporate owned” rentals lately it was very refreshing to stay somewhere with all of the personal touches. To me that’s what VRBO started off as. The kitchen was equipped enough we could manage meals from the house. The fenced back yard was great! The walk to the beach is so close it made it easy to get kids there. Communication by the owner was great. There were charging docks and speakers in the house which just made it feel more like home while we were there. The only downside is this rental is 11 hours away from my home. We will stay here again on our next trip for sure.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Wabasso is a hidden gem. It was convenient, close, and easy private access to the beach. Water was gorgeous and the beach was almost empty everyday. The neighborhood was quiet and cozy. House was extremely clean and not cluttered. All the amenities that were needed for a nice relaxing week. Already looking to book next year!

This is the third or fourth time our family has stayed at this property. The proximity to the beach is great and its only a minute walk from the house. We love that this property is pet friendly and the backyard is fenced. We will definitely be back.

We had a fantastic stay at the Summerplace beach home in Vero Beach. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen had everything you needed, the backyard was inviting, and the location steps from the beach was fabulous. We loved this house and will be repeat visitors. The owners were also great to work with and were very responsive.

Really nicely decorated and very well equipped 3 bedroom bungalow with patio and fire pit in backyard a few minute easy walk to private beach. Owners graciously allow pets. The front and back yard is completely covered with low maintenance landscaping pebbles and wooded area. Looks great but there is an absolutely no grass area in the yard or even nearby (except along busy A1A) for walking pets to do their business.

We wanted a peaceful relaxing vacation and that’s exactly what we got. The house was thoughtfully equipped and furnished, the fenced yard completely safe for our dog and the beach was perfection. Five stars from us.

Twice a day walks on the steps away beach, adorable and comfortable accommodations. Chase was dry easy to communicate with when we had questions.

This bungalow was a wonderful respite for us. We were escaping hurricane Ian on the West Coast and happened upon this listing. It was perfect for us and our pets to ride out the storm. We would come back again for sure!

Annual July 4th vacation
This property never disappoints—we come here every July 4th.! The proximity to the ocean/beach and the solitude of the area makes for a VERY relaxing vacation. We are already planning our return trip for next year!!

Wonderful Stay
This property is exactly as described. It's well equipped with everything you need. We found it to be the perfect amount of space for us and the large kitchen was great for preparing meals. Additionally, it was extremely clean and just a few steps to the beach. The area around this home is very lush, private and tropical. We will definitely be back!
