This was our first time using a VRBO and it didn't disappoint. Everything was just as advertised and pictured. Very clean, and comfortable. Easy to find and easy to get to everywhere you would want to go, and to the beach. It had plenty of dishes, pots, pans, utensils in the kitchen to do whatever you needed. Communication was excellent and response to questions was within minutes. I would definitely book this place again without hesitation.

We loved our stay at Eric’s place! It was the perfect space for our family vacation. Quiet neighborhood, close to many grocery stores, family activities, + local eateries. Eric was helpful + very responsive. Easy drive to the beach! We will absolutely consider staying here again when in the area.

The property, though in a neighborhood, was very private and seemed as if we had our own little place away from everyone. It was lovely.

Great location and a short ride to the beach. Property was clean and has a nice private backyard. The property owner was great too. Highly recommend the home as a great vacation get away.

We enjoyed our stay in the rental. The backyard and patio are a wonderful location to enjoy a morning cup of joe or a nice meal. We had plenty of room, the cottage was clean, and the location was perfect for needs.

This was just the property we needed for our trip. For a group of three, it was just big enough and had the bonus of a semi fenced in backyard for my little one to play in. Eric was great at responding to messages and sending is a reminder about trash day. Would definitely stay here again.

Eric's home is located in a nice, quiet, convenient neighborhood. This clean home has comfortable beds, nice pillows and good quality sheets. The large living room is furnished with cozy furniture. It has a well equipped kitchen and inviting patio surrounded by a beautifully landscaped garden. Eric stayed in touch with us with suggestions on local restaurants and places to visit. We thoroughly enjoyed our trip and highly recommend Eric and his home. E Ensley

This is a lovely cottage and so well decorated! The backyard and front yard landscaping are wonderful! We only had one hiccup as the driveway is very narrow and it was Bike Week and our trailer could not enter into the driveway. Wonderful neighbors saw the predicament and allowed us to park our trailer in their driveway. The renovation was well done, however we are non smokers and every time the A/C came on the smell of old cigarette smoke was very strong. I suspect it is in the ductwork. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and it was very clean and a quiet neighborhood close to all the restaurants and a short drive to the beach.

In lovely residential quiet area. Convenient to Brookgreen Gardens and Garden City Beach. Backyard well kept. Large kitchen with all essentials. Livingroom neat and comfortable. Beds just right too. Definitely will return!

The property is nice, we enjoyed our stay. The home is very clean, good location, right across from Garden City Pier. The only cons: the stove is positioned very oddly; we could not use it. Consider remodeling the kitchen so there is a stove or purchase a large microwave that can prepare large meals. Overall, it's okay. We just went out to eat every day. lol! We still loved staying there.

Location of the property perfect distance from Garden City Pier :) Located in a quiet neighborhood. I liked the ease of paying online….making check in/out effortless and fast! The back yard is beautiful with the landscaping! Beds and couch are amazingly comfortable! Will def be back :)

Everything was awesome! Beds were just like home! When we arrived we were very impressed with the property. The inside is nearly new and the yard was very well designed. Eric was very responsive the whole time as well. 100% recommend.

We greatly enjoyed our stay at this cozy cottage! The house was well equipped, clean, and provided us the perfect place to rest while running around the Myrtle Beach and Conway areas. Eric was a wonderful host and very easy to communicate with for reminders and recommendations! Our kids loved the bunk beds and the outside garden was beautiful! This is a wonderful place to stay!

Beautiful home inside and out. Property owner was very nice and responsive. No problems nor issues with stay. Check in was very easy. Location not very close to the beach maybe 20-30mins away from the beach depending on where you are going but was not a big deal other stores was very close.

And just mins to Garden City Pier, or Murrells inlet marsh walk, Or if you love deep sea fishing its near there too. Great restaurants just 8 to 10 mins away. Love Myrtle Beach the drive is only 15 mins. How about Georgetown a beautiful little town just 30 mins. This beach house is so comfortable and its perfect for a couple or a family. You like Charleston is about hour and half away. You can't go wrong with this beautiful beach house. I order our groceries and had them delivered to the beach house. My husband, adult son, and I stayed for two weeks at Eric's beautiful place. From the start, Eric was great at communicating and checked in regularly with us to see if there was anything we needed. We loved that it was close to everything, but situated on a quiet dead-end street with friendly neighbors. There was plenty of room and it was very neat and clean. The patio area was beautiful! We spent quite a bit of time enjoying our meals there and were able to use the grill. My husband is a cyclist and loved all the places he could either ride to or drive to for his rides. There's a drug store and two grocery stores nearby. It was very easy to get to three beaches from there, Garden City, Huntington Beach State Park, and Myrtle Beach State Park. The Murrells Inlet Marsh walk and Brookgreen Gardens were an easy drive as well. We absolutely loved our stay and will definitely be booking it again when we're coming to the area. Thanks, Eric, for being such a great host!

House was clean and beds were comfy. We grilled multiple nights and enjoyed the use of the full kitchen. Large sectional in the living room which provided plenty of seating with large tv with YouTube live. Home was just off the main road in a quiet neighborhood. Great location! Would stay again if in the area.

This was the perfect rental for our short beach trip to celebrate Thanksgiving. The only disappointment was there is no functioning oven. Other than that the stay was great.

We really enjoyed our stay! Very quiet, clean and comfortable. Great communication with Eric!
