No Stairs for the "Dream home" to get in. Dream home is only 3 miles from Mayo/Gonda building and St. Mary's. 4 bedrooms and 2 bathroom are on the main floor. Four bedrooms have queen sized beds. Over 2,800 square feet for you to enjoy. Relax in a safe neighborhood. There are 0 steps to get into the home. Hardwood floors on the main level. We are only 1 blocks from strip mall, restaurants, and 8 blocks to Walmart grocery store. We also have 7 additional houses downtown if this one is full. A single-car garage is attached to the house. 2 spots in driveway for additional cars. Parking is allowed on the street. The kitchen is equipped with a full size refrigerator/freezer, oven/range and cooking utensils, Keurig and regular 12 cup coffee makers, small electric appliances, a pot/pan set, baking pans, glassware, cutlery, Corelle dishware, plastic dishware for kids and a high chair. A basic selection of cooking spices and condiments is stocked in anticipation of your arrival. There is a 'Smart' TV which has several apps to access YOUR personal Netflix, Amazon Prime, or other personal streaming TV accounts. There is unique trim work throughout the dining, living and office room. There is high speed wireless internet service available throughout the house. There are alarm clocks at each bedside. Please also check out the assortment of DVDs, board games, jigsaw puzzles, toys, and books for your use. There is central air and heating in the house. The bathroom has a full bath with shower. The master bedroom also has a Smart TV. There is high speed internet. Many guests work and attend school while staying with no problems. In the basement there is a washer and dryer for you to use. There is an iron and ironing board available for you use. No smoking is allowed in the house. Please use the back yard if you need to smoke. Pets are not allowed in the house, due to many people having allergies and medical issues. We have a rental certificate to rent this home legally to you. Check in states 4pm but most likely we will be able to get you in earlier. We will send you a message through VRBO when the house is available for you. We have been serving in the business industry since 2003. We are Covered By Faith and trust in Him. God has led us to this home to help you with your needs. Covered By Faith is run by a family not a cooperation. We care about you and your stay in Rochester.

This property gave our large family a place to stay while visiting family in Rochester for the Thanksgiving holiday. It was spacious, comfortable and clean - perfect.

We stayed here instead of a hotel room. Was a great decision. Much nicer to have our own area and be able to relax and not have kids running up and down the hallways like most hotels. We will be staying here again.

Two families with adult children stayed in this rental for a wedding. There was lots of space to spread out. We appreciated having two tables for eating. Barstools and a kitchen table for hanging eating breakfast and drinking coffee and a LARGE dining room table for dinner. The finished basement was nice for the adult kids to hang away from the parents and provided and extra space for sleeping. Kitchen well supplied, water pressure good for showers. Location is nice for the little amount of exploring that we did. The runner in the group appreciated the trails nearby. This is not a brand new house, things are older but it was clean. The description mentions the stairs and there WERE stairs everywhere. The original architect of the house made a unique, split level floor plan. The young adults this was not an issue. For three of the four old farts in there 60's it was noticed.

No steps was great after surgery. Shower good in main bath. Maybe a dishwasher would be nice and less old scrubby tools laying around the sink. Great dining area. Heater/ thermostat worked very well. Good location to get to Mayo.

We used this house as a "home" base during my Mom's appointments and surgery at Mayo. It was a perfect location for us to take break from the hospital and we loved having plenty of room for everyone.

We were in town for a Christian women's conference. Dream House was a relaxing place for us to have coffee in the mornings and hang out in the evenings. This is the second year we have stayed her and would again in a heartbeat.

This was a clean and comfortable home. Multiple levels and stairs were not a problem for us but could be for some. Host Jessica responded to all inquiries immediately. Much appreciated. Great location.

Son's Wedding
Our son was married in Rochester and even though we only live an hour away, we needed overnight accommodations. We had family coming from Des Moines, Phoenix, and California. This was so much better because we had additional time together. And it was the same price as the hotel they picked for one room (we would have had 4). Thank you so much for making a hectic time much easier.

Great resting place.
We’ve stayed with Jessica before in another one of her houses. Just like before the house was very clean and very well stocked. Her places are so comfortable and feel just like home. Jessica is easy to work with and responds to texts quickly. We will stay with her again!

Everything you needed was there. Even a keurig!! Which I needed! Great experience and we will surely book this home again on our next trip. It’s not a fancy place but who cares. This is a great location for getting in & out of Mayo, close to shopping for just about anything, and a comfortable home for multiple people. We so enjoyed having the space to visit, play cards and games The place was well stocked with dishes, cookware and they Even had some spices and kitchen storage products for leftovers.

This property was very comfortable and suited our needs perfectly. I was in town for some outpatient surgery at Mayo's along with two sisters. We had plenty of room to spread out and each enjoyed our own space. Very easy access from garage into the house which I needed because of the surgery. My two sisters said the beds were comfortable while I utilized the recliner in the living room. I was not able to use the bed but the recliner was very comfortable and I slept well in it. The location is excellent, very easy to get to and shopping was convenient for a few things we didn't pack. Easy commute to Mayo's and St. Mary's. The owners were great with communication and responded promptly. Even though the property is close to the highway, there was no noise and in a nice neighborhood. Would highly recommend this property if traveling to Rochester.

Welcoming
We were in town for a Christian women's conference. Our stay at Dream Home was relaxing and welcoming. Jessica was wonderful in her communication. We had nothing short of a great time and will look to rent again next year when we are back.

Awesome!!!
It was a perfect fit for 8 of us!!! Early risers on one wing of the house & late sleepers on the other end!!!! After not seeing each other for 18 months the nice big table fit us great!!!! Beds were all very comfortable!! Only complaint we had was the patio was not kept up & furniture needed a good cleaning!!!l But we stayed inside around the table or in the very spacious living room!!! Loved it!!!!

Amazing stay!!!
This property was exactly as described, labels for all the lights and contents of the cabinets in the kitchen made it very easy for us to feel comfortable quickly. Will stay here again the next time we are in Minnesota. Thank you Jessica for the wonderful property for my family to stay in while on vacation!
