The location was great, the hosts left fresh fruits and juice which was a nice surprise. It was clean and the hosts were quick and very helpful in communicating. Also, it was really nice to have a garage to park the rental car in.

It was not a true two bedroom. It was more of an open area but there were three beds as stated.

Location was just what we wanted, 5 minute walk to the waterfront. Fine dining restaurant right in the same building, and a great little grocery store right next door. Breakfast was self-catered, but the proprietor left us a superb selection of local fruits. And there was a wonderful boulangerie/patisserie just a couple blocks away for our daily baguette.

Having to walk through homeless encampments was a bit off=putting at first, but eventually, after being there for several days, we became part of the community and were greeted as neighbors. Never had any negative encounters with the locals. They even looked out for us as pedestrians by warning of oncoming traffic due to the aberrant traffic pattern at the intersection the building is on.

The instructions were good. I was able to find the place. The host left a letter explaining the details. Met with Dorothee's husband and he was really nice to explain about the local market, restaurants and must visit places. His tips really helped us to plan our stay/sight seeing better.

The wifi could have been little faster. Not a big problem though.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay

Housing was very spacious and clean. Host greeted us and helped obtain a taxi for ride to property.

The best part of this property is the location.

It needs some updates and had a couple of dead bugs on the floor. The host did not meet us upon arrival. We had transfers from the airport and our driver was great and stayed with us until we got into the property. The queen bed is a trundle bed and is on the floor.

A little dirty neighborhood, but the apartment was clean, nice and cosy.
