it was spacious and had everything you needed for a holiday with the family

the premise was spacious and comfortable the fireplace a great added bonus plenty of space

paying for linen as an extra and then they forgetting to leave tea towels also not having a clothes dryer so made it difficult to wash and dry towels etc when it rained most of the weekend also no firewood so had to purchase own

Location, house itself especially outdoor entertaining area were amazing

Unfortunately the mattresses in all room except master were not very comfortable

The home was clean, comfortable & represented exactly as shown in the pics & website

Pool table sticks broken, no chalk, house has poor heating (split system does not work properly, even at 30 degrees it is not hot, fireplace also not very good with no instructions we had to google), for over 600 for 2 nights you only get 1 box of tissue and 2 toilet rolls, no shampoo or body wash. The cabinets are messy. Not enough bowls, some are chipped. Microwave was placed above the fridge.. how can I reach??! Lock in ensuite does not work. Bunk bed side rails broken.

Beds were Uncomfy - squeaky . Pillows need changing . Doona covers were dusty n there should be portable heaters in room as rooms were freezing - even those cheap ones will do
