Location was the winner here

Location was great. Pools lovely, spas not working though

Pick up of keys late at night was a mess, we never got our carpark pass, had to pay for parking, was told I would be reimbursed next day. A month on still waiting for reimbursement.

Perfect location and wonder facilities

Great location. Wonderful facilities. Easy access to everything. Was so easy with young children.

The parking was a little difficult to access. But the lady on the phone was wonderful and helped me out

Good hotel but needs some work

Great location & easy access to shops.

Facilities are run down, indoor pool wasn’t working & if you get in after 9pm the common area is closed and you need to use carpark or outside reception to gain access to your tower it’s very inconvenient.

Stay was overall good, staff at holiday holiday are terrible and incompetent

The property was great, the view was insane.

The smoke alarm batteries were low so they would not stop going off, the intercom was not even connected and fell off of the wall during our stay and I was charged my bond + 900 because their facilities (smoke alarms + intercom) were ‘taken’. Maybe if they had cleaned the apartment properly they would have found them.

Beaucoup de choses Manque la climatisation dans une chambre l’état de l’appartement très sale il manquait des couverts les rideaux ont mauvais état accès parking difficile à trouver manquait un lit à la place ont avait un lit gonflable

Excellent location, good facilities

Location was excellent

Fairly dated and bland. Found things in the couch and under one of the beds which indicates that the cleaning isn’t what it should be

Pleasant but with more attention could have been better

The location was very good and amazing view of surrounding streets and the ocean

Not enough basic amenities provided such as toilet paper, dishwashing soap - we had to buy our own! One of the single beds was broken and the sliding door was off its hinges. The sink in the bathroom was blocked. But these were all fixed by maintenance on the 3rd day, which is to be credited. The bathroom was too small for 4 people sharing

Overall amazing hotel. Great location. Just hard to collect & drop keys off

Very Central. Nice pools, nice view. Clean & tidy. Fully equipped.

Confusing car park, pain to collect & drop keys off, got zapped by the hairdryer and it nearly caught on fire.

Fantastic pools for the kids and adults. Excellent location in central surfers.

Fantastic pools for the kids and with BBQs etc to cook on. Excellent location in central surfers with a mall and supermarket downstairs. Would definitely stay again.

Beautiful view great location comfortable beds

The view was beautiful we just had to walk out the door and the pool was just there close to everything supermarket just down stairs we really enjoyed staying there thank you

Could have had a chest of drawers inside the bedroom cupboard to put underwear and socks in

Disappointed

Location is great

For the many times we have stayed at the Chevron in all Towers this apartment was our least favourite or value for money, it was very outdated and very poky tight bedrooms especially master and bedroom 2. Bathrooms outdated, main shower very poor water pressure, toilet didn't flush properly overall we were disappointed. Coastal letting you let us down! 👎👎

Great views. Capacity to host 6 adults. Its location in the city centre was ideal for our family.

Minor items eg non operating hair-dryer and lack of pots and frypans.

Not clean, shower had no pressure and mixer handle kept falling off when trying to turn on shower. Also ants in the kitchen and on benches. No extra towels or bed linen

Some improvements needed - especially the cleaners

We stayed in Unit 3336 - The location is excellent, being walking distance to the beach and Cavill Avenue. The apartment was of a generous size and we noted that they even had a collapsible high chair and porta cot in the cupboard - handy for families with babies. There were extra blankets in the cupboards which came in handy. Plenty of utensils, cutlery, and crockery, even glad wrap.

Instructions on where to park the car were not clear - there should be a sign outside the roller door "Tower 3 - parking", although once inside the carpark, the space for this unit was great. The kettle and a saucepan were dirty (see photos). The lamps (see photo) and lamp shades in the master bedroom were full of dust. The apartment description wording said 'Water views' (see photos) and we mistakenly understood views of the ocean, but we instead had views of the mountains behind and canals - there were limited ocean views to the side.

Enjoyed the stay and facilities in area first class

The room was a bit tired. Shower tap broken. Floor tiles in kitchen loose from obvious water damage. Could do with a refit.
