This unique lodge home, with a flowing, indoor-outdoor floor plan combining rustic beauty, modern design, and luxurious amenities. The home is a perfect getaway for families or large groups, offering enough space for 16 individuals. This residence offers both a large bonus room and great room, making it easy to stretch out, enjoy good conversation, and create lifelong memories.Vacation in both luxury and comfort. This four-bedroom home boasts memory foam mattresses, heated bathroom tiles, and five TVs with over 200 TV channels and movies. Youngsters will love the train-style bunk beds, Xbox with over 20 games, and an endless amount of board games.The home is immersed in Suncadia Resort's beautiful outdoors. From the house, you can hike, run, or bike on the countess trails, swim and use the water slides at the Spa and Fitness Center, or sip high-end vino at Swiftwater Winery. This home also sits between holes 13 and 14 on Suncadia's Prospector course, providing views of the rolling greens from almost every room in the house. Additional features: Four-bedroom home (2 bedrooms each with a king-size, 1 bedroom with a queen-size, 1 bedroom with a queen-size sofa bed, and 4 built-in bunk beds)• Sleeps 12 in beds, plus four more guests on two queen-size air beds • This home is 2,615 Sq. The house was absolutely beautiful. It was very spacious. We had nine people, kids, teens, adults and a senior and everyone had their own space. Well stocked kitchen. Would definitely recommend this place for families or multiple couples traveling together.

The house was absolutely beautiful. It was very spacious. We had nine people, kids, teens, adults and a senior and everyone had their own space. Well stocked kitchen. Would definitely recommend this place for families or multiple couples traveling together.

We had a great time at this home. Everything that was advertised was there and super easy checkin/checkout.

My family and I stayed at this property which was amazing! No issues with the home itself but more with the property management and suncadia. They seemed to cater to the current celebrities that were present on property such as Marcus truant and Russell Wilson and Ciara. This was very disappointing as any other regular person who was laying good money to stay there would want to feel welcomed by staff and not feel like they were second class. On our first day arrival we were informed that check in time was between 4-6 which wasn’t stated on the initial sign up for the property. Therefore, in the heat my family was inside the lodge waiting like told. We were in a far wing next to the conference rooms and there was some golf invitational going on, a “Karen” reported us and staff said we had to move . Mind you we had three children with us two which were 2 years old. They were worn out from being in the car and we were trying to Occupy them and being mindful of other around us. Then we continued to wait until 5:44 to be let into our rental as staff kept saying they were under staffed but I’m sure Ciara and Russell Wilson were let in immediately. Then when wanting to make take out from portals we called 10 times and no one answered. We then had to go up to the lodge and make our order which took over and hour. Overall, the rental property home was amazing and perfect for our family but SUCADIA employees and staff were not.
