Location was a bit quiet and away from crowd

Service was not up to expectations (Check-in trolly was not available, Ironing device was not working, bed covers and billows was not changed after the previous occupants.. etc).

I The hotel is beyond expectations, beautiful and I enjoyed the stay

The place is comfortable and clean.

First off, the room had zero hangers when I walked in. I called multiple times until I got a response, and then they brought me metal wire hangers. The second problem was the internet. It was a disaster. For the 3 days of my stay the wifi wasn’t working. So I depended completely on my phone’s hotspot. When my limit was reached on day 3, I tried using the hotel’s internet but it was so bad to the extent that I took me more than 20 mins to send an email. I basically couldn’t get any work done. Not to mention that I tried different spots in my room and then the lobby. Some spots there was a little bit of signal. Last point was cleanliness of the windows. They were so dusty to the extent that you can’t look through them. A 5 star hotel should never be this dirty. I don’t think I will ever stay there again.

Absolutely nothing to like in this property. I would like it if i was going to commit a crime because it is isolated, and far away from people in general. You can get away with a lot if you stay there.

The property is lifeless, not properly cleaned and looked after, too many unfinished constructions, and dust was flying in the lobby. The room had a very hard and uncomfortable matters, and the room felt like a prison somehow. I wouldn't recommend the place to an enemy!

تم حجز جناح في الفندق ليوم واحد ... اولاً كان الانتظار لاستلام الجناح طويل جداً ولم يكن هناك أي طريقة سلسه أو اعتذار أو نوعاً ما تعويض ... بعد استلام الغرفة صدمت بأنه لا يوجد نوافذ..؟؟؟ مع العلم وقت الحجز من بوكينج كانت واضحة الصور بوجود النوافذ، المفروض تبليغي بذلك والشيء الثاني كيف غرفة بلا نوافذ تكون بنفس السعر للغرفة الاخرى؟؟ كان إحساسي كأني في قبو شعور سيئ جداً ... والاعظم تم طلب مساج وقالوا راح نوفره لكم بالغرفة .. لما جو عاملات المساج كانت اشكالهم غريبه ومعهم طفل.؟؟؟ ولما سالت المسؤول بلغني انهم من داخل الفندق ولما سالت العاملات قالوا لا من برى ... والمصيبة وحدة منهم ما تعرف تسوي مساج -_- والثانية مساجها اي كلام .. اتوقع واضح شعوري من صباح اليوم التالي جداً .؟.. من اسوء الإقامات الي مرت علي بفنادق الرياض كلها للأسف

Rooms were average. Very poor service. We have asked for more than one towel and for soap & we had to ask everyday for a week! First time to encounter an experience like this in supposedly a 5 star hotel

الموقع جيد نوعاً ما ، الخدمات شبه جيدة ، طاقم الإستقبال راقي جدا في التعامل وحسن الأخلاق

وقت الحجز في الفندق أخبرني بأنه لا تتوفر أي إطلالة والجناح لا يوجد به أي إطلالة هذا الشيء الوحيد الذي لم يعجبني
