Just look for the green shutters on the Beach road at milepost three in Kitty Hawk! We are so excited to bring our home to the rental market for the first time. We know our home will be your favorite getaway on the Outer Banks. Enjoy a unique semi-oceanfront vacation home with 100% unobstructed views of the ocean and vegetated dune line. This home includes: · 5 master suites · A kitchen stocked with everything you need to cook a 5-Star Meal · 8 TVs throughout the home – one in every bedroom, the bar Area, the Living room and a TV in the Tiki Bar for sunday afternoon sports. · Gas fireplace in the living room and grand master suite · Three wine coolers, 2 commercial ice makers · Professionally decorated with custom furniture · All upgraded mattresses for the most comfortable night’s sleep Ever The outside space provides: · Tiki Bar with lots of seating, three TVs, professional beer cooler, wine cooler Fridge & dishwasher · All Trex decking · All high end polywood outdoor furniture · Sundeck on the oceanfront porch with table, chairs, rockers and adirondack ‘s · Backyard sundeck with table, chairs & adirondacks’s · Covered deck with Nags Head hammock swings, table, chairs & adirondack’s · Ships’s watch deck above Tiki Bar with ocean view · Hot Tub, full size poolside fridge · Pool with lots of lounges and comfy chairs · Poolside full granite & tile bathroom · Gas grill, please use the small grill as the professional one is not functioning properly · Outdoor shower Extras · Every bathroom comes equipped with a Blow Dryer. · Large Dog Crate · Pack and Play, high chair · Washer / Dryer Additional Notes: · The electric awnings over the grill and in the back of the house are not for renter use due to prior misuse · There are umbrellas to use poolside in the storage beneath the tiki bar (please keep the umbrellas closed when not in use as wind can pickup quickly) Direct beach access with pedestrian friendly crosswalk Pool is open April 15-October 15 and is NOT heated. Hot Tub available all year for guest use. PET INFO: We do allow you to bring your four legged friend with you and have a fenced in backyard and dog crate available inside. We do only allow ONE dog with a $150 non refundable pet fee and ask that you please clean up behind your dog. Please note that each town has different leash laws for bringing your pets on the beach. We had a wonderful trip! The house had everything we needed and more. The house had lots of room and was very clean! We really enjoyed the pool and hot tub and the easy access to the beach. We had mom, dad, 3 kids ages 3, 9, 10 and grandma. It was perfect, everyone had their own space and plenty of room to all be together! They responded to any questions we had right away and were incredibly nice.

Our recent stay at the VRBO vacation house in the Outer Banks was truly exceptional. We had a group of several adults, two babies, and two toddlers, and a dog. The house was the perfect accommodation for our needs.
First and foremost, the owner was incredibly helpful and responsive throughout our stay. They promptly assisted us with a couple of minor issues that arose, and their excellent communication made our experience even more enjoyable.
The house itself exceeded our expectations. It was spacious, well-maintained, and beautifully furnished. We were especially impressed with how well-suited it was for families with young children. The bedrooms were comfortable and allowed for privacy, and the common areas were spacious enough for everyone to gather and relax. We had a fabulous time! The house is perfect for larger groups. We loved having the option to split up and stay at pool, or cross street to go to beach. The tiki bar was a great touch- the automatic ice maker being one of our favorite aspects to the house! Check in was easy and the house was ready a few hours early, which was a delightful surprise. Hoping to book again for next summer if there is availability!

The house was very clean, great location. The owners thought of everything. Several ice makers through the house and the tiki bar was awesome. An overall great time - we just need to know when the 2024 dates will be available so that we can book again next year :)

There was more than enough room for all of us there, and having the pool was a lifesaver because we were with an infant, and we spent a lot of time at the house. The house was well stocked with everything we needed. We had a great week.

The house was perfect for our first family vacation on the Outer Banks, including our dog. The tiki hut was a huge hit! The house had everything we could possibly want. There were a couple of small glitches, but they were immediately taken care of. The host was greet and wanted to make sure we had the best experience. Nailed it!!!

Our first trip to OBX. This house is perfect - too many perks to name.
5 bedrooms with 5 private bathrooms, big great room with tons of seating, pool, tiki bar + several outdoor gathering areas, easy beach access, multiple refrigerators (indoor & outdoor), ice maker, fully stocked kitchen…look no further, this is your house!
We had 3 toddlers and appreciated the security on the gates to the pool/backyard. Also the carpet was very comfy and clean which was great for little ones.
Our weather wasn’t great but the family time was priceless. Excited to book the same home again next year.

We stayed early May 2023 for 4 nights. The house was clean, well stocked, and had and plenty of supplies. Lots of room for the family to spread out. The hot tub was nice and relaxing. The location was great. Beach was just across the street. The beach was nice and quiet. Not crowded at all. We saw dolphins, pelicans, and sanderlings. Host was quick to respond to questions. Great places to eat nearby like Art's Place and OBX Bagels. We lucked out and happen to stay during a week they were having a car show in nearby Nagshead. We got to see many classic cars I have not seen on the road in years. The family enjoyed going to the Aquarium, golf carts, mini golf, aracade and shopping. I give this rental a 10 out of 10!

The listing was completely accurate. Property was amazing. Gorgeous house. Communication while there was great. Had issues with the tv in the master bedroom and shutters in the bar area and she came out the next day to check it out. Would definitely stay there again! All eight of us cousins/sisters had a great time!

This property was perfect for our family! Every room had its own bathroom so everyone had plenty of privacy. The location is idea for kids. You can cross the street and be at the beach. The house was well stocked with towels and bedding. We will be back again!

This house has it all! Location, pool, several refrigerators, wine/beverage coolers, 2 grills, 6 beach chairs, plenty of pool loungers & seating. A bathroom in each bedroom AND down by the pool. Brittany was excellent to communicate with, Anne, the housekeeper was incredible. They even made our stay extra special by sending a birthday cake for my Mom and 1 year old niece! My Mom said multiple times that she was in love with the house. There were a few cosmetic things needing repair or replacement, but they were working on them. We cannot wait to book our 2 weeks next year!

East from beginning to end. Property was everything expected owners were super friendly and quick to respond. Great location. Every bedroom had its own bathroom which is key! Amazing view from crows nest and the bar area was our favorite spot to hang! Very clean and house had everything we needed for cooking meals! We would love to come back again!

The house and location was perfect for our family. Each bedroom having it's own bathroom was very nice. The location to beach access was perfect. The pool was great, especially for the kiddos. The property is simply a wonderful vacation spot for families and we hope to book it again in the future.

Perfect Beach House
The house was awesome! Living room, kitchen and all 5 bedrooms on same level. Very clean home. My family really enjoyed staying there. The kids really enjoyed the pool and the hot tub. Very convenient to restaurants and shopping. We will be back!

Great house, fully stocked, nice furniture. The extra fridge space and ice makers were fantastic! Our family really had a great time here. It's super close to the beach and has a pretty good view from the front porch, all great things!! However, after meticulously cleaning up after our pet every day, we forgot to cleanup the last morning when we left at 4 AM. $50 fee to clean up 1 pile of poop which probably took 1 minute of time seems a bit crazy, especially after a $150 non-refundable fee. The listing mentions umbrellas by the pool but there was only one and it was broken. Cornhole boards are broken. That really large grill which looks awesome in the picture barely worked and you can smell gas leaking. My brother was carrying a case of water and stepped down one of the steps and the trex board snapped right in half. Upon further examination, those boards are on 20-inch centers which exceeds the recommendation.
I'm still giving it a 5-star rating, but hopefully they help out the house a little -- just a little would go a long way to making this house absolutely amazing.

Stayed for a week with friends and our pup. Everything was fantastic. Perfect location for the beach. We had one issue where the shower drain was clogged and the owners took care of it the following day. 10/10

The house was so great! It had everything we needed. We were a group of high school classmates, friends for over 40 years. The pool, hot tub, tiki bar was so nice and convenient. The fact that all the bedrooms have its own bathroom was fantastic. The furnishings were all top quality. We will do it again in a minute!

This home is no nice I hesitate to give it a good review because it will get booked up before I can book our week. Everything is just as described in the listing. Close to beach access, ocean views from upper deck, very nice pool and hot tub. The house and yard were clean and ready to go when we arrived. If I had to complain about anything the ceiling fan in the living room didn’t work as the remote was inoperable. But I advised Britany and she is working on that. I will return. 👍
