Nestled in Sussex County, this attractive house for £353 per night is a great option for your next break. Note: Pool is open Memorial Day weekend thru Sept. You must bring all bed linens and towels. Beautiful, Large 6 Bedroom, 4 Bath Home With Pool And Tons Of Space Exceptional home with everything you need for the perfect vacation, including its own private pool! Must be 25 years or older to rent this house - documentation of age required. This property has two buildings connected by a 3-season room. Building 1: Large 4-bedroom/3-bath central air ranch home with open concept - expansive kitchen with large pantry, living room and bright family room. Building 2: Separate cottage includes 2 bedrooms, 1 bath and sitting room and separate a/c units in each of the bedrooms plus the sitting room. All bedrooms have ceiling fans. Florida room with screened windows, ceiling fans and comfy wicker seating connects the two homes and leads to a meditation garden and fenced-in private patio with gas grill, patio furniture, above-ground pool (open Memorial Day weekend thru Sept) and outdoor shower. Close to Rehoboth Beach, Tanger outlets, go carts, mini-golf, water park, Cape May/Lewes ferry, Cape Henlopen, golfing, fishing, brewery & wine tours. Drive or bike to Rehoboth Beach without ever using busy section of route 1. Beach chairs, yard/beach games, pool toys, videos, board games. 2-king; 1- queen; 2-doubles; 2-twins Note: From mid-June through mid-September, we only do week-long rentals running from Saturday to Saturday. House was very clean, well furnished and well stocked in every way from the kitchen to the supply of pool and beach toys. Spent most days floating around the pool and enjoying the large outdoor area. Highly recommend this house.

Prior to our stay, I read all the reviews and was hopeful to love the property just as much as everyone else...I was not disappointed. The layout is great - so much room for our party of 6 and all our things. Having 2 refrigerators was very helpful. The kitchen is well stocked. All bedrooms had their own television - very nice touch. The sparkling water in the pool was welcoming and thoroughly enjoyed. Would definitely stay here again!

Location was great as it was close to everything! A short drive to the beach and stores. Family was able to enjoy the pool and the amenities of the home. The listing showed a futon in the cottage but it was not there and replaced with a couch. The house was fully stocked with all the kitchen utensils, plates pots and pans! The family agrees we would definitely would rent again!

Our vacation was wonderful for our family of 11. There was plenty of room for each family to have their own space. The house was very clean and well stocked with all the necessities. We enjoyed sitting on the back patio and using the swimming pool. We also had a few evenings that we used the fire pit. We were so pleased with our stay that we booked our vacation for next summer already! Wonderful host, very helpful and easy to communicate with. Thank you!

This place was even better than anticipated! We were a group of 8. We all had our own space and we were all comfortable. The pool and the yard were a wonderful addition to where we have stayed in the past. The house is in a nice residential area but is still very close to everything that you want to do. We all highly recommend this house to other groups.

We were seven friends who wanted s short get away to celebrate our birthdays. The house is so beautiful, clean and welcoming. Communication with the owner was fast and very helpful. We really liked the location, close to so many places to shop, eat, and just far enough away to feel like we had space. The one thing we would say is, look around, This house is incredibly stocked with everything!

This home was very clean and organized. Close to shops and beaches but far enough away from the hustle and bustle. 12 family members in one home and we never felt crowded. Enough room to spread out. After a day of golfing or beach, it was nice to come home and hang out in the pool. Washer and dryer was a bonus, as well as having 2 food stores within a mile! Ann was very responsive when we had a question. Looking forward to our trip back to Ann's next year...!

This property is Amazing. The pictures do not do it justice. It was spotless. More than enough room for a family of 11. The kids had a great time in the pool. Kitchen has everything you need to cook a meal. Close to everything. We will definitely stay here again. I highly recommend this property.

The property really is exceptional. It’s very spacious and accommodating for a large group. We have several seniors that had no trouble accessing the outdoor areas. The property was CLEAN, we vacation every year and this has been the cleanest place we’ve stayed. There are also beach chairs, floaties, beach umbrella and four bikes for you use. We loved being here and wish we didn’t have to leave. The owner was very responsive. I would definitely stay here again.

Everything is as described with lots of room for spreading out in the house. It was an easy drive to the beach in Rehoboth and the beach at Cape Henlopen State Park. The pool is clean and inviting. Pool floats, etc. are in the shed next to the pool. Good stay!

Contacting and receiving messages back from property manager was great ! The home was clean and neat when we arrived. Plenty of room for 8 of us, plus some. I think the rental is more then the pictures show. Easy to get to, and far enough off the main street to not feel you are in a busy area. Couple things we really like was a nice detailed folder on table for the home and surrounding area. The 2nd refrigerator was great for extra having a large group. We enjoyed our stay and hope we can rent again next year.

Everything looked just like the listing. We where a party of 8 women for a yearly get together. So much room, room sizes where good, enough bathrooms for everyone and lots of places to gather for chatting. Very clean and well appointed kitchen. Would recommend & return. 👍

The house had lots of rooms super clean huge kitchen and pool was bigger than we had thought . The owner was very good communicating with before and during our stay, location was 5 mins from all your household needs and restaurants, the beach was 10 mins that’s all.Would definitely stay there again .. We had a wonderful time. The pool was awesome!! Everything was very clean and there was tons of space. The pictures didn’t do it justice. We were pleasantly surprised at how big the house and yard were. The house and back yard had tons of supplies including pool stuff and bikes to use. We had fun relaxing in the pool and exploring the area. The owners were very accommodating and answered questions quickly. We highly recommend this property

We have our family of 13 for a week for many years The property always clean, large ground pool, neighbors are quiet and nice. The new owners have made some upgrades. Our 7 grandchildren really likes this place from the beginning and now attending college they love this place. So do adults!

We just completed our stay here and the property was better than advertised. Plenty of room for people to spread out and have their own space if they need it. The place was very clean and well equipped. It is centrally located and easy to access from Rt 1.
