The cost will be $49/day. The utility deposit is $1,500 for 28 nights with $375 added for each additional week the guest stays. This home is managed by Vacation Palm Springs Real Estate, Inc. Property Permit ID: 112181 If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles. 2 days notification is required in order to heat the pool and pool spa. A fee of USD 72 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool and pool spa heat for your stay. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. We celebrated Thanksgiving at this house and we loved it. The house is perfect and it has everything to make you feel like home. From the kitchen to the backyard, it has everything to make your stay a little more enjoyable. The location is perfect, close to every store you need for a quick purchase and about a 5 min drive to El Paseo Dr. (Highend stores). We'll definitely be coming back.

Great house with plenty of sleeping options, and pretty dog friendly. Some of the beds were pretty rough in terms of comfort, but my spouse and I enjoyed the master. The house is very large for just two people, but it was nice to have a pool to ourselves. The pool is great - a little rough on the toes due to scratchy surfacing but it was clean enough and the mountain shades it well in the evenings. Probably the biggest complaint was not being able to lower the house temperature below 73 degrees, especially at night, and that the living room furniture wasn't very comfortable.

My team and I stayed here while attending a conference. It was perfect for team bonding - morning walks to Starbucks, breakfast in the backyard, walk to dinner, etc. Accessible location, large backyard, sleeps 6, entertainment kitchen and open concept. This was our second time staying in this house and we will be back next year!

We stayed in this house with 3 kids and a small dog. Everyone had such a fun and relaxing weekend. My kids are home bodies so lounging around the pool was all they wanted to do. They also enjoyed the tire swing and hammock. The dog had a yard to run around - bonus. We all enjoyed the games and pool table. Kitchen had everything we needed. New fridge. Double oven made baking 2 pizzas at once a breeze. Quiet neighborhood. My favorite part was waking up to the mountain and watching the birds swooping in and out of the small openings. Beds were comfortable. Plenty of bath towels, pool towels, soap and shampoo. There were large portable fans that we used on the first night. Once the AC got going, we were more than comfortable.

The pool and back yard is amazing. House is close to many amenities. Enjoyed shooting pool and cooking. Beautiful town with many things to do. We will be back. House was nice and clean and the beds are exceptionally comfortable.

My family enjoyed our stay at this home. Check in and check out we’re a breeze. The neighborhood was quiet and the neighbors were friendly. The home was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The backyard is mostly dirt with some small patches of grass. The pool water is clean but murky with dust and dirt. There are 2 AC units with 2 controls, you need figure out which is which. Both get set to 74 f in the middle of the night. It’s a bummer to get up and reset them every night! Decent appliances, dishes, glasses, pans and pots. Lots of towels. WIFI is spotty. The pool table and cues are old and defective, but usable. The leaving room sectional sofa is very uncomfortable and almost unusable. The master bedroom shower is very big and nice, water pressure and temperature is great. You can find a few floats and balls for the pool in the garage.
The pool guy walked on us unexpectedly without even knocking. In the little binder it says pool service on Tuesdays, but he showed up on Saturday morning.
We had a lot of fun, I am sure you will too, just adjust your expectations.

Fabulous and fun pet friendly house with pool and yard
Large home with pool table, swimming pool and large yard in a nice neighborhood that is walkable to stores and restaurants. The yard is perfect for dogs and children. Plenty of room to run around! The house has an open concept which is great for groups and families. You can walk coffee every morning, walk to Trader Joes, shopping and restaurants. We had the best time and will definitely rent this home again.

We really liked the layout of the house. Would have been perfect if it had a jacuzzi. The pool was 86 degrees as promised but we missed a jacuzzi. Great yard for the dogs! Mountain view was beautiful. Kitchen well appointed. Disappointed that the master bedroom patio door wouldn’t open. Called property manager with questions about unlocking the door. They took a detailed message but no response. Toilet in master still needs bolting down. Check in was super smooth

Overall mediocre
The house was lovely, and we enjoyed the pool and pool table. However, the check-in process was difficult, because there was a different group handling management and rental issues. I was told that in person would be necessary, and then video, and then just a call, which created unnecessary confusion. I brought food to bake, but the oven didn't work. I called the first morning about the oven. I was on hold for a long time before someone told me that he would get back to me about fixing the oven. No one ever called back. And there were 3 overhead fans that were running at normal speed. In the middle of the night, the light fixture on one of the fans fell. Fortunately, no one was near it. Unfortunately, it woke everyone and there was broken glass everywhere. I reported that when I called about the oven. Also, the cooling was very inconsistent. Some rooms were unusable because they were so hot, while others were chilled.

1) We could not use the pool it is not clean and it was advertised as salt water which is not true
2) it was advertising that this property has Jacuzzi but there is none
3) the oven was not working
I could not heat up food for my child
4) the pictures shows grass area in the backyard, but there are no grass area it is all dirt
5) the toilet vents are dirty and dusty
6) hot air comes in from the master toilet vent
7) the door handles on the mastery bedroom is broken from both inside and outside
8) lots of stains on the carpets inside through out the house
9) the chair handles in the master bedroom is torn
10) even the pool net was old and broken
11) the master bedroom toilet is not secured property so when you sit in it it makes a noise
There are so of items that we could see these past two days
Basically our vacation got ruined and we still are paying around top dollar for three nights for this piss of shit.
Not to mention I spend about 8 hours of my vacation time trying to communicate with VRBO and vacasa and the property manager

Great location near stores and view of the mountain
This property has a great location that's not too far from the freeway. It's a 5 minute drive from stores like Trader Joes, Target, and Starbucks. The backyard is very spacious and has a close view of the mountains. What you should know about the air conditioning unit is that it cannot go any lower than 76 degrees. Overall we enjoyed our stay and the property manager gave us everything we needed before check-in.

Relaxing Get Away
The house was beautiful, very comfortable. Loved the entire lay out, activities/games provided including the player piano and the pool table. I spoke to Bunnie at several different occasions and she was excellent!!!
