We had all the necessary cutlery in the apartment.

Overall cleanliness and quality of furniture and property was poor. Kitchen utensils and cutlery were dirty. Mattress was poor quality.

The front door lock was scratched. It was very hard to enter the pin.
The refrigerator was broken. There were holes in the walls of the property. No ventilation in the bathrooms.

The Bedding and Towels were clean
The Apartment needs a serious amount of Tlc. Paint is peeling from the ceiling in every room, the furniture is damaged in the lounge, both the sofas and dining table, and coffee table, The WiFi won't connect properly, The Apartment description should state at weekends there is very excessive noise from the pubs and clubs surrounding it... the walls literally shake from the Bass... overall not great value for money

It was very clean, spacious and very well presented. it had the main facilities offered. Staff was great in communication via booking.com when it was needed, on the lead up to the booking date.
Apart from the main door not shutting properly, (due to location we was cautious of drunk people entering) there was nothing wrong.

We booked the apartment based on the location stated which was sn1 4ab on booking.Com. As we are not from Swindon, and don’t know the area, We based all our activities around this venue and assume we could walk to everything. In reality we needed taxis which ruined our time and we ended up cancelling a couple of things as it was not as central as advertised.
Up to the day (lunchtime!) of the booking we had not had the booking confirmation details despite me sending the deposit (which on booking.Com says it will be collected in cash, in person but we got an email two days before asking for it) and ID. I emailed twice over the couple
Of days before to check everything was ok, rang four different times that morning, left a voicemail but heard nothing. Eventually someone answered about 1pm on the day we were meant to check in and said oh yeah you were meant to have that yesterday and sent it. That was stressful as we were unsure if we would even have somewhere to stay!
When we got the booking through, we saw it was one car space only. Believing it was on wood street (where it was advertised and where we were having a drink) we realised we probably wouldn’t get anymore free parking so moved two of our cars to a long stay car park at quite a cost.
However when we eventually found the apartment, which was very far out from where advertised, we found there was ample free parking! Why was that not mentioned?
On checking into the apartment we found the carpet filthy throughout. We tried to work the oven but couldn’t, so ordered a take away. We then got a message from your about 6pm telling us how to work the oven. Why not leave instructions in the apartment. In the sitting room, the ‘sofa bed’ was covered in stains and not something we wanted to sit on. It was grim. The heating was set to 25 degrees which was ridiculously hot so we opened all the windows and found very old apple cores
on the window frame and general untidiness.

The property was very spacious for Five adults and two children. On entering the property it was warm and made it feel more cosy and homely. It was also clean towels on each of the beds. The property stated that it slept for a certain amount of people and in each room -1 had single beds one had a double bed, Which was exactly what we were looking for.
Will definitely book again.
The stairs to gain access to the property were very very steep not easy for people or persons with mobility issues or say to take say a suitcase up the stairs as the angle of them, but is possible. Wouldn’t say it was a problem or that it made me dislike the property but little home essentials like maybe Little things like salt and pepper cooking oil Would go down a treat.

the apartment was lovely, clean, spacious and ideal after a long drive to relax.
The only thing i would point out (which didnt bother me) was that it is above a few bars and if you want a nice deep sleep on a friday night, you wont get that here.
i assume during the week it would be fine, but i went for a walk at 0230 on a saturday morning and it was very busy/noisy outside which does resonate right through the apartment.

very spacious, lots of rooms and extra space, beds were comfy tv is big, good for 5+, location is very lively which is good if you like drinking lol

oven was abit temperamental at times and due to the location was quite noisy after midnight

I can not think of anything oh the 2 restaurants we used were very good
The boarded up windows!, the kitchen window that wouldn't shut, the loud noise of the pubs and clubs till 4 plus in the morning. Door code was changed and we weren't able to get in until we contacted the manager of the property to say we couldn't get in.

Host was really helpful and the property was well equipped for what I needed. Would highly recommend and will stay again in the near future.
