The house is comfortable and has what you need to dream of having a good vacation, but it is the 3rd time I have rented in Ocotillo and the outside area (pool area) is ALWAYS super dirty, I always have to get there to clean it first.

What a great place! Plenty of room for our group to spread out and enjoy. The pool and hot tub were put to great use. The pickleball courts were a one minute walk. I would highly recommend this house to any large family or group wanting a great stay in St George. We’ll be back!

We had numerous issues with this listing. It took 5 phone calls, both that day and the next morning, and Jade to get most of them resolved, which was unfortunate since we only had another day left. I'm hoping the issues have been fixed before the property is rented out again. First the front door wouldn't open so we had to call and they reprogrammed the door. It took 15-20 minutes to get into the house because of this. The instructions in the folder mentioned a tablet needed to use the pool cover and the spa. We looked everywhere for it and could never find it. Another call was made and we were told how to open the pool cover. The hot tub was cold and the jets would not turn on so another call was made. We were told someone would call us back. No return call came in. Bedtime came and we discovered the sofa beds were broken and there were no sheets for those beds. The sheets that were on the other beds were rough and worn. One of the bunks had sand in the sheets. We found garbage outside near the pool, and items on the carpets along with stains. We had to call twice again on Saturday morning before we finally got a response from Jade and she addressed our issues. We wanted to have pancakes on Sunday, but couldn't find a griddle so we had to purchase one. Overall, we did not allow the lack of amenities to ruin our vacation, but it was upsetting that we paid a lot of money for less than 48 hours of rental and we spent a good amount of that time trying to find items we needed

The house is amazing! 4 bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, a great bunk room for our kids. Back patio is phenomenal, pool, hot tub, fire pit etc. Had a couple of issues upon check in, but the staff at Utah's Best addressed them instantly and made the weekend great.

We've stayed at this location several times now. We love how quiet it is. The private pool is awesome and keeps kids occupied while the adults can chat. The house his large with lots of rooms so everyone can spread out.We had one question about the pool equipment and the property management company was very responsive--even on a Saturday night.The club area (in the center of the facility) is awesome as well. There's a larger pool with a water slide and a monster hot tub for 15-20 people.

Nice clean vacation rental with plenty of amenities. It would have been nice to have been able to stay a full 48 hrs for the price. The pool was more like bath water, not sure if that is because the hot tub flows into it, or just hot weather. Overall We enjoyed our stay & customer service was very pleasant on the phone when we arrived & our pass code didn't work!

Family vacation
We loved this home and the surrounding area. The pool off the back door with the fire pit and hot tub were amazing. we all enjoyed them and the kids also loved the pool and hot tub with the community of homes there. We loved the pickle ball courts and the ping pong table and basketball game that was in the garage. the beds were comfortable and plenty of room for everyone. I would recommend this place to anyone with a large family with active children

We really enjoyed the community pool and the private pool. The rooms were not as described online, but that has since been corrected and air mattresses were provided so there was room for everyone to have separate spaces. Fun vacation house
We really enjoyed the community pool and the private pool. The rooms were not as described online, but that has since been corrected and air mattresses were provided so there was room for everyone to have separate spaces. The family just voted to go back there next year if possible. That’s the highest recommendation I can give.

We had a great time, loved the private pool, our favorite part! The house had enough sleeping areas, and we appreciated the blow up mattresses and the pack and play that was made available for our use. The only disappointment is that the home is kind of cramped on the first floor. Small kitchen with no empty places to store food, and it really needs a second refrigerator.

This property claims to fit up to 24 or 26... we had 14 and were very cramped. 8 adults the rest were children. The pool was FILTHY, murky water and almost afraid to swim in it. Called maintenance but they never showed up. The bedrooms upstairs never cooled down, it was at a constant 77-78 degrees, soo uncomfortable. Ants in the kitchen all over, it needs a bug spray desperately! We were very dissatisfied- and I’m not too picky, just want a clean place. Parking is non existent, 2 spots in own driveway but overflow parking is taken up by construction vehicles. Just so disappointed.

Excellent Getaway!
My husband and I came with our adult children and their significant others. We were able to go to Buckskin Gulch one day, Zion the next and then Sand Hollow the next day. Each night was so amazing to relax in such a comfortable and inviting VRBO. The pool and hot tub were perfect after our adventures!
I definitely would recommend this VRBO! Spacious, clean and all the amenities you could ask for!

Nice place
The rooms were bigger than the pictures looked but the pool was smaller. Loved how warm and easy it was to heat the pool but the pool water wasn’t clear and probably needed maintenance. The house was clean and we had a really enjoyable stay.
