Adventure View is a brand new 3 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom townhouse in the Mile Post 1 community with a private hot tub and A/C. Tucked between Widgi Creek Golf Course and 7th Mountain Resort along the Deschutes River, Adventure View boasts new and luxurious furnishings. The kitchen and bathrooms are bright with a modern mountain feel. There are Smart TV's, quiet work stations, and a large bonus room with plenty of room for the whole family. Spend the day hiking or cycling the many trails that pass by the house, and then relax in the hot tub in the evening. The Widgi Creek Golf Course and the 7th Mountain Resort, which offers horseback riding and rafting trips, are both within walking distance. Bend's Old Mill District is just a 6-minute drive from Mt. Bachelor Retreat. Catch a concert at the amphitheater in town or enjoy some great dining at the many restaurants and breweries. You can't get much closer to Mt. Bachelor than Mountain Retreat. In the winter, beat the traffic jams in Bend and get to the mountain early for a great day on the slopes. Hi,
I wanted to let you know that cleanliness was an issue during our stay. The dishes and silverware were dirty, like someone emptied a dishwasher that did not run and put dirty dishes back in cabinet. We needed to put all dishes and silverware in dishwasher and run it before using. They weren't just spotty, they were truly dirty. There was dog hair in the beds and the carpets. The king bed upstairs was especially bad but it was everywhere. We came home with doghair on our clothes.
The bedding had some stains and rips.
The TVs are set up well for streaming, but we were looking forward to watching basketball games and were unable to find a way to watch network TV or ESPN.
The unit is lovely. I wanted to let you know about these issues, because they are not consistent with this price point or this classy of a home, and are easily fixable.
Thank you for the stay. We love Bend and 7th Mountain.

We had a ladies weekend away at this home, and enjoyed our time here. The house was well equipped with a full kitchen & supplies. Other that the back patio area things were very clean. It’s a really nice neighborhood right on the golf course and a fairly short drive into downtown. A couple of cons were that it was very hot in the house when we arrived, but once we figured out how to get the temp down it was more comfortable. There was no ice so we had to go to the store to get that- Looked like it had been turn off. No working lights on main back patio so when we went to try to use the hot tub it was very dark. The hot tub was unfortunately cold when we went to go try to use it also. It took a long time for it to heat up to a reasonable temperature. It was finally hot the next day. Overall it was a pleasant experience, but a bit more attention in a couple areas would have made it better.

We loved staying at this house. Plenty of room for everyone and a great central location. We loved the view of the golf course. Would definitely stay again.

Best VRBO Experience We've Had!
We had such a great experience. This home is absolutely stunning and we really enjoyed the location. Very nice and private. The hot tub was a nice bonus too! Would highly recommend staying at this home!

Great place to stay and ski at mount bachelor. It is a beautiful home that is well maintained. Very comfortable and spacious. It is as close to mount bachelor as you can get and fairly close to bend to go out at night.

We loved our stay at adventure view! We stayed here for a ski trip to Mt Bachelor! We had 4 adults and 2 kids. The place was perfect. We had everything we needed, including a hot tub after a long day of skiing. The house was clean and well stocked! We would love to stay here again for our next adventure in Bend! Thank you!

We loved our stay at adventure view! We stayed here for a ski trip to Mt Bachelor! We had 4 adults and 2 kids. The place was perfect. This is a beautiful townhome with the feel of a standalone home. We traveled with our niece and her family. It was perfect that is has two primary suites and an additional bedroom with bath. Being right on the golf course fairway makes for a fun activity of watching the golfers hit their next shots. We loved having a huge laundry room to keep all of our clothes clean and ready for all of the activities we took part in. Having two family rooms was perfect so that the adults could watch TV downstairs while the teens had their own place to hang out upstairs.
This property was excellent for our needs and we will definitely stay again!

Overall an A+ base for our weeklong vacation!

Beautiful Bend Home
We loved our stay in this beautiful Bend home. It was perfectly located for easy access into the city, and is right on the way up to Mt Bachelor. There are lots of hiking/biking trails nearby so anyone looking for an outdoor adventure will certainly be pleased. Our stay was in December so we were able to enjoy ice skating at the resort that the property is located on. We'd stay here again in a heartbeat!

The dopest !
Loved this place , I loved it so much I don’t ever want anyone to know about this spot so i can book another stay whenever I please ! Hahaha but seriously this was perfect and exactly the get away I was needing . I’m definitely hoping to bring my family back within the next couple months !!! Hot tub was a STAPLE double thumbs up for that !!!

Just what we wanted
Wanted a beautiful home in perfect/quiet /safe neighborhood with access to hiking trails, 10 minutes to downtown Bend and 5 minutes to Tetherow, 15 minutes to Sledding up near Bachelor. Everything worked well and home was really nice!

This house is gorgeous. It is super well appointed and the location is wonderful. We had 6 people staying and everyone had their own space and bathrooms, which was lovely.Can’t wait to return!
