Stay was good but the communication needs a big improvement

After 10years going to Jervis Bay every summer, this is the only worst beach house we have been into

The only thing good about this place is the location close to the beach. Everything else is a disaster. Worst experience we had for atleast the past decade of going every summer in different beach houses in Jervis Bay.

-Photos showed online are outdated. We arrived and the house looked different, older. -We arrived and the house has not been cleaned yet, the cleaners had just started half an ahour before the check in time. Thus resulting to a rush job and not thorough. The cleaners surpassed our check in by another half an hour. We got to get in late after waiting outside. -Bed pillows sheets were not replaced and the odour is still present. -Carpet in living room has dog stench -WORST part, there are Paralysis Ticks in the house. We have been bitten on our body and we confirmed it with healthdirect as we have guests that work in the medical field. Worst scenario could had been an allergic reaction or Anaphylaxis. As medical advise, we will still monitor side effects up to 14 days. Good thing only the adults had been bitten, and not the children. -No basic items such as hair dryer, kitchen paper towel -Inconsiderate about an extra hour or atleast half an hour upon check out (this is just a buffer of time request as we have kids, its difficult to prep them, but we are not really planning to max out the check out time, this is just a buffer just in case. Take note cleaning time for cleaners have 4 hrs to clean it which is generous, yet they still cleaned it late) I messaged them 6 months ago, they told me to ask again 2 weeks before. They still said no. Upon arriving, we heard from the maintenance guy that the previous guests left at 10.30am
