Good location

The hosts/operations team were the low point of our stay as we had so many issues with the property which were unresolved…but they were rude when we tried to get them resolved and kept real long us they had other priorities to attend to. As an example: - the window keys were missing, couldn’t open them at all really and the heat was unbearable - quite dangerous with our 6 month old - there was an awful smell from the sink which were told we needed to fix ourselves by putting bleach down the drain (we did and it didn’t solve the awful smell) - there was a dirty bag of laundry left behind - the internet was sketchy at best and constantly dropping out - the lights were flickering constantly and not fixed at all - the loft broke down, we had to carry a pram and baby up and down 5 stories/10 flights of stairs - the water from the kitchen sink was extremely cloudy and undrinkable None of these issues were resolved during our stay, other than the dirty washing being collected, but this was at 8:30pm while we were trying to our our baby to bed. The hosts tried to offer me beer as an apology and then told me over email that the issues weren’t that important…I really hope they raise their standards and no one has to experience what we did ever again

Furniture wasn’t worth the money I paid

The apartment was nice and clean on arrival, good size rooms with a comfortable bed. Well located for getting into Manchester either by car, bus or tram. Short walk away there are some shops to get your bread and milk etc.

The shower head kept dropping down, which was rather annoying. I did find that the apartment was rather hot, due to it being top floor, the landing outside was also warm all of the time, even with the fan on it was still too warm.

it was filthy. I can’t believe they let people stay here. management were rude when we questioned things. the place was disgusting and stank. we were told it was cleaned thoroughly. there was food on the ground, glass that I stepped on, hair in the bathroom and fake eyelashes on the bed and when we asked management they said oh well that’s easily missed. there was no apology. it was disgusting do not stay here.

Spacious, free secure parking, great location, friendly hosts, equipped kitchen. Decent price for the area and close to city.

Had to park up outside the place to go collect keys and phone provided for gate and do the same to return everything. I think the blanket on sofa is full of bugs because I was sat with it on the first day and now every part of my body has at least 2 bites on it. They still irritate me now. I just bought my own in the end. Its definitely not the bedding as that was fine. I wasn't in the property too much to really use the sofa where the blanket was but might be worth noting if you are staying inside more

The ventilation fan didn't work in bathroom

It was self contained. Location was fantastic.

The location was perfect

Parking system required you to park up enter the building and then keep an extra phone on you. The phone I had didnt open the gate. This was resolved quite quickly. The apartment was clean but run down and not at the standard of maintenance I would have hoped for the money I spent.
